Rumours of him going on loan to Villa.
How do you people rate him? Do you see him having a bright future or will he fizzle out like many teenage prospects.

He's a beast but he'll need to learn better positional sense so as to make up for his lack of speed. He's been caught out a few times this season because of this. He is still only 19 so he's got plenty of time to learn. I'd prefer to keep him around and let him learn to play with his teammates here instead of sending him out on loan. While loaning players out gets them playing every week, they also learn how to play the other team's style of play which can sometimes hurt our cause. We're always talking about the team gelling, that can't be done when the players aren't here.
And he's got a WICKED left foot on him. If you thought Jimmy's free kicks were something you should see this kid launch the ball on set pieces.

I live in Hong Kong. I seldom watch the match whole he is on the ground.
I just watch him approximately 5 times. I think he is a good player. But he is not mature enough to play in Premier League. I think he will learn something when he on loan to Villa. Although he on loan to Villa, I think he will come back to Chelsea and be a good defencer

I like Huth when I saw him play last year. But if Chelsea is going to win the title next year, they're not going to do with with Huth starting. That said, if he is loaned out who will be left for defensive depth? Melchiot looks like he's going to leave.

Better yet...sell him to Manure...they could use a defender while Rio's taking a puff!?!

Yes, for a 19 (maybe even 20) year old, he is terrible . This guy is a very solid player able to play at the top level at this age - something very rare for a defender - in 3 or 4 years he could be fantastic, in 6 or 7 he could be worldclass. I say loan him to somebody like Villa this year (and maybe even next), then start to intergrate him more into the team. I think we'd gladly take him off Chelsea's hands if the price were right.
