Should Gronkjaer stay at Chelsea?

After scoring the first goal against Monaco, he was almost booed off the pitch in the second half, launching crosses everywhere but into the box.

He is on the last year of his contract and is rumored to be headed to Birmingham to link up with Mikael Forssell. I suppose it makes sense to sell him now, instead of letting him go on a Bosman at the end of next season.

Still, if he leaves it should be remembered:

1. He scored the goal last season against Liverpool that secured Chelsea's 2003-2004 CL campaign. Then a certain Russian billionaire started shopping around for a big name team in the CL to buy.

2. Ironically, he waited until the Man U. game to get his next league goal, thereby securing 2nd place this season and automatic qualification for the CL group stage next fall.

3. And he got the only goal against Leeds in the final game of the season.

Chelsea's hottest goal scorer at the end of the season, so he's sure to be released.

It will take more intelligence than money to win trophies.

So what is he playing and scoring for. To stay and play or to play to leave??

I couldn't believe it. 3 in 3 and one with his head. What is going on???

Anyway forget JG, lets concentrate on Joe Cole. His time will come and we will save money. Unless our new manager see's different.

COME ON CHELSEA!!!! ROLL ON AUGUST!!!! :)
