Okay everyone. I'm working on a project to determine the assessed value players will pop at. To those of you who are PM trainers, I'd like to request the following information. Whenever one of your players popped I'd like the stats he was at including all 8 ability scores, form and the assessed value before and after the pop. I'm willing to share this information with all the posters on here.

Please email the information to chris_meier @ sbcglobal.net (take out the spaces). Thanks in advance.

This is going to be tough because the other 7 stats can have so much influence on assessed value. This kind of thing works pretty well with keepers because they usually only have one skill that is worth a damn. Good luck though, I hope you're able to find some usefull info.

Yeah, but I'm not going for anything exact (at least compared to keepers). I'm just trying to get something close. Hopefully it will give me some idea of the varying AV for the different skills and as a result, find players who are close to popping. Why should daytraders have all the luck?

general rule that i go by.

Passable player will pop to solid at 45000, if he has one "weak" in other skills (at passable form).

Solid player will pop to excellent at 100 000 at passable form, if he has one "weak" in other skill areas (at passable form).

I dont try to gamble with guys who has more than 3 weaks.

Also, i found out that disastrous skill decreases a player's value, while there isn't too much difference between wretched and poor. Stamina will also fluctuate player's value.

junjun: Are those numbers for PM? If so, are they for just solitary PM skill? Or are secondaries included in your numbers (besides just the weak, you mentioned)

whenever i have to look at a player that's inad. or higher, it gives me a headach, and it becomes a gamble. Of course its possible to find a player that's super high in value, but that's rather unlikely.

So to answer your question, those numbers are for any primary skills. When i said one weak, it means that the passable playmaker only has one weak and all other skills are poor or lower.
