Nice job - I know its pre-season, but don't forget the [R] at the end of the title...

I think we should have one thread starter this year, btw. Not sure what everyone else is thinking.

They both are doing a good job. Kudos to them. I guess it would be unfair to pick one of them. I guess they can divide the season between them.

My 2 cents.

Ashley making friends with his old team, or sucking up to hopefully new rich friends, he wants City to knock them out of top 4

FYI, the practice tonight was cancelled (http://www.baltimoresun.com/sports/bal-soccer723,0,511355.story)

We've had torrential rains today.

BTW, the Milan team bus is about to pull up to the hotel next to my office. Chelsea are staying somewhere else.

I didn't get down in time to throw anything, much less get any photos of my coworker shilling for autographs.

This one will be a really interesting match to watch. I want to really see how Ancelotti will setup the team versus his ex-team. Ancelotti knows Milan perfectly and new Milan coach, Leonardo knows Ancelotti very well, so it'll be very curious to see what kind of game will come out all of this. Leonardo is probably one of the most hazardous moves a club in Italy has ever undertaken in these last years, probably trying to set another Guardiola-effect. I must admit this for me, as I'm both a Chelsea and Milan fan, is probably the hottest match of this summer to watch.

It's weird to see your name in blue rather than red.
And yea, you know pre-season is where we work out all the kinks, before the real stuff starts...things shall be perfect for the regular season lol :)

Mod, can you edit the [R] in the title, por favor?

And I don't mind doing the thread or splitting with Kaz :)

Yessir!

The table goes like this:

Wins -- PK Wins -- PK Losses -- Losses

- 3 points for a win
- 2 points for a PK win
- 1 point for a PK loss

You also get a point for every goal scored in regulation time. (Maximum of 3 points)

Shame I'm unable to go to this one. :(

Anyway, if Zhirkov has his permit sorted out I want to see him start and a partnership of Drogba-Sturridge.
