Here's what I posted in the other thread if we're going here.
I don't want to go into it too much because someone will inevitably accuse me of defending a rapist, but you can google around on the details. Here's the actual article just dealing with what's been filed.
http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/sounders/2009416403_sounders04.html
The woman included Jaqua's former teams — the Los Angeles Galaxy and Houston Dynamo — as well as Major League Soccer in the suit, saying she was induced to trust Jaqua because he was a professional soccer player. Jaqua played for the Dynamo at the time of the alleged attack and played for the Galaxy during that same season.
The filed suit seeks more than $10 million. Eugene police said Thursday they have no evidence that the woman ever filed a police report or worked with the violent crime unit, which handles sexual assault cases.
David Angeli, a Portland attorney representing Jaqua, issued the following statement today:
"Nate Jaqua was shocked to learn of these allegations. The Complaint — which has not even been served on Nate — is baseless. It alleges events that purportedly took place two years ago. In the past two years, Nate has never been contacted by the police, the District Attorney's Office, the plaintiff, her lawyer, or anyone else regarding these allegations.
If I'm not mistaken, she just happened to file either on the day of or the day before the limits on being able to file a case like this expired, hence the importance of the two years.

The worst part about that suit is that she probably thinks Nate Jaqua has $10 million dollars. I mean, he is a professional athlete after all.

It's funny, with all of these BS 'rape' allegations that have come up in recent years as a way of trying to make a quick bit of cash my opinion has shifted considerably. I used to read the headline and look for "who's the possible culprit" (e.g. which celeb might have done it)... now I immediately look at it and think "who's that c**t trying to get money".
Real shame too, that these psychopaths have done so much damage to the credibility of women who actually have been raped - and it must be an unthinkably horrific experience t ogo through. I still firmly believe that when a false rape allegation is made (e.g. not just havinbg the defendant found not guilty, but having sufficient evidence to have the whole case laughed out of court) that whoever made the false allegations hsould be very publically named and shamed, and placed on the sex offenders list.
On a side note, only about 2-3 months ago here I was working in this place maybe a 40 minute walk from my house. I finished at 11pm and forgot that there was a taxi strike that day, so I had to walk it (it was nice out, so no worries). I crossed a bridge just before midnight, and readin the paper the next morning that there had been a woman raped under that exact bridge for over two hours that night, shortly after midnight. I made a point of going striaght to the police station and telling them everything I knew and could remember, and was even told I mgith be brought back for further questioning. Imagine that, if I had been made a potential suspect for a rape case... imagine what that would have done to my reputation in the local community, and to my social and sex life? I don't even want to think about it.
Three days later, it turned out the woman was lying through her teeth, had changed her story on a few occasions, and was promptly packedu p and thrown in the nut house. Good f'king riddance to her; were that an area with a security camera nearby (but not on) the bridge, my life could have been destroyed by here bullshit.

Unprofessional Foul (cached version (http://74.125.95.132/search?q=cache:3yhgqejHT08J:www.hotfeeder.com/sports/footballers_and_sexual_violence_1949996+%22footballers+and+sexual+violence%22&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us); I can't seem to access the history since they just changed servers) had recently posted an article that was pretty informative on the subject of footballers and rape. Their conclusion was actually pretty cynical, but seems sadly true.
African-American? Strike 1.
Play for a school/club/country that doesn't care about your sport? Strike 2.
Evidence of guilt? Strike 3.
Dominic Jones? 3 strikes.
Jerramy Stevens? 2 strikes.
Eric Frimpong? 1 strike.
Robin van Persie? 0 strikes.
Obviously no one disagrees that actual victims should have justice while the lying skanks should be tossed in a hole and have the key thrown away. But seemingly the only way to tell the difference is the legal system, and when it's run by people like this (http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/09/21/palin.rape.exams/), it just makes it harder to distinguish.
Maybe we need this guy...

Police at it again. Dont you like how police like to ******** with oyu, and do dirty shit to citizen mainly because they know we cant do shit back. Half the shit they do, they would get their asses kicked if they didnt have a gun to hide behind.
Dirty ass cops arrested a friend of mine, but stole $300.00 from his wallet. Im sure if the checks were cash, they'd have taken that too. Bitch ass cops.

Weren't Prince Georges in trouble for some other stuff recently? For some reason that name sounds familiar.
And did your friend bother checking with the jail if they had his money? If he was arrested and had cash on him, they usually take it and will give you a check when you get released. At least that's how they do it around here.

It probably has a lot to do with your attitude, tbh. I've never had any problems with police, either.

They raided some mayor's house and shot his family's dogs after they mailed some drugs to his house.

I didn't think the cops had mailed the drugs to the Mayor, but rather it was shipped to them unknowingly and the drug pick up person working for the smugglers didn't pick it up.

Yes, they claimed they didnt have it.
Main thing here is, if you are looking for Holytoledo, cant find him for any reason, just say ******** the popo!:D

I was sitting in front of my friends house, just left. Started the case, turn on the lights and got my music sorted, and then all of a sudden, the one time come thru and harass me. Asking all these bullshit questions....talkin bout, oh... there has been a rash of burglaries in this area lately [thats what they always say, when they pick on you for no reason]...
Next week, my friends car gets broken into, and this cock sucker is nowhere to be seen.
Thats that shit right there...

Right, although shooting a lot of people in and of itself wouldn't necessarily put them in trouble. It all would depend on the circumstances.

So he acts proactively when he talks to you... and you complain.
So when he isn't proactive and a car gets broken into... you complain.
Which would you prefer he do?

Most likely. It could also be that I don't look like or carry myself like the type of person they'd harass.

I'd prefer he do something other than harass people, but not catch the criminals in the end.
