The Hammers lineup for the friendly today against a Turkish team ,Bursaspor,looks very much like a full league lineup;
Green: Faubert, Collins, Upson, Illunga; Collison, Jimenez, Boa Morte, Dyer:Stanislas,Cole.
I still don't consider Faubert any good as a fullback, and assume that Spector or Neill will play there.
It will be interesting to see how this group does. The bench are all youngsters.

It ended 1-1, after Dyer scored in 3 minutes; then all the changes took place in tne second half and the Turks equalized. Seemed to be a good runout for the team.

the season hasn't started yet.
i reckon he'll play an important role, though. the few times throughout last season we fell flat were due to a lack of finishing and midfield creativity. from what i'm gathered, he can bring the creativity.
