Not sure if it goes in this forum, but just wanted everyone to know about the anthem song coming out for England for Euro 2004.

Steve Fox and 4-4-2 came together to create an anthem song for the England Squad. The song has a lot of history and passion behind it, and the demo has been met with nothing but rave reviews.
Seven members make up the band: Neil (Lead Singer and Guitar), Nick (Keyboards), Mark (Madfiddler), Milly (Percussion), Lucy (backing vocals and brass), Dan (bass), and Jimi (drums).
Come On England is based on the popular Dexy's Midnight Runner's song, Come on Eileen. Released in 1982, this popular song is still being played today from movies to pubs because of it's catchy tune and simple lyrics. It's quite popular for sing alongs as well, bringing in the audience into the groove, which is what makes Come On England even better.
Choosing Come on Eileen as the base for the song was no coincidence for Steve Fox, as he's the nephew of the late drummer of the Dexy's, John Botrill. Along with the passionate charge the song has, it has the emotional value and memory for him.
This song took two years to make, from start to finish, and these talented individuals have recently signed a deal with Gut Records.
Unfortunately, another group is trying to pick up on this idea, and release their own anthem based on the same song. While this is perfectly legal, 442 worked hard and honoured both England and the Dexy's by working from the top instead of taking someone else's idea and rehashing it for a quick buck.
It turns out the "other group" are known names in the music industry, including Robbie Williams (he wasn't interested fortunately) and others.
Steve Fox has been going around the internet looking for support and the demo can be found on the link above, and his official site is http://www.4-4-2.org.uk/
