Panfilo 4pts
Matrim 55 3pts
DoctorJone24 2pts
riverplate 1pt
I will confess this has been problematic because there are a lot of films I'm not familiar with at all. Gringo's list is 80% unknown to me. Sirmanchester's also had some I've not seen, though it's been strictly laziness on my part. Pretty much everyone had a pick I'd not seen. So I had to make some educated guesses about the balance of the picks and mission fulfilling quality of same. If nothing else my Netflix queue just expanded significantly.

Five picks? There's only 12 people. What is this, the MLS playoffs post-contraction and pre-expansion? ;)

Seriously we are better off picking the top 3.
Well I am at least since I'm finding it difficult picking 5.

DoctorJones24
Reasonable list, he gets bonus points for stealing Life of Brian from me. But he loses them for picking Magnolia. I hate frogs in films.
Ismitje
I'll be the first to admit that I like Wall-E. I wouldn't pick it in a draft but it was a good film and there were certainly worst films you could have taken. You get bonus points for having the most intriguing film I haven't watched yet. "How Tasty Was My Little Frenchman" is the film I most want to watch now.
MeridianFC
I like Man Bites Dog and On the Beach. Fast Times, is comedy I wouldn't have picked it but its solid, the rest though, eh not my taste.
Matrim55
Some real good films and you took Transpotting from me. The thing is that I only like 1 Coen Bros. film and Miller's Crossing isn't it. I'm a big Lean fan but Zhivago? There is one Lean film that surprisingly hasn't been picked, you were better off with that.
riverplate
Can't believe Streetcar hadn't been picked that was a steal. Solid list throughout, could've lived without the Patton but c'est la vie.
SirManchester
Bravo on the Fallen Angels, Peeping Tom, and Before Sunset. Your draft is hit or miss with me, some films I'm like dam he took that from me and then you go on to pick films that make me scratch my head.
GringoTex
After the eating the Frenchman film that Ismitje picked the second most intriguing film I haven't seen comes from you. Drama/Mex, man I'm Mexican and haven't heard about the film sh*t must be real low budget. I've only watched 4 films from the list all good, you get the prize for best write ups. lol
Demosthenes
Top to bottom solid. Although I really shouldn't say bottom since the only film I haven't seen from your draft was the final one you selected. But the first 9, bravo. You selected the only Coen Bros. film I like, a great Anime, a Buñuel, a Kubrick masterpiece, a great horror film in Don't Look Now. and some underrated films. Dam good list
Matt in the Hat
Um, I liked Blazing Saddles and since History was my major I can appreciate the Burns documentary but Its not a "film" that I see myself revisiting anytime soon.
Ghost
5 good picks and 5 not so stellar, well they were acclaimed films but I don't think they necessarily deserved it. Flowers of Shangai your best pick, is that the only Hsien film taken so far? If it is than you get some credit.
Sachsen
Rocky is an all-time fave and I got your back if anyone gives you schtick for picking it. Your all alone on the Beauty and the Beast and ET though. Hit and miss draft for me.

DoctorJones24 - Easily the most underrated draft here. Solid picks with the Wilder and Kieslowski. I'm a Python fan, so points there. Nice to see some horror, and mad bonus points for the Sembene. The back-to-back miniseries though was perplexing.
Ismitje - Wins the award for most movies I've never heard of (3 - beating everyone else by, uh, 3). A fe winteresting picks with the Pixar (which I think is quite good) and the Sayles. The latter half was a disappointment though.
MeridianFC - Weren't you an "expert" judge or something in the first draft? I really expected great things, but you lost me with that baffling Hitch pick in round one. Still, you bagged some solid choices in the Melville, Linklater, Panahi, and Wenders. But damn, a Stanley Kramer film? Oy.
Matrim55 - See comments above. I have higher expectations for certain people around here, and Matrim is one of them. Some weird picks, but smatterings of genius: F for Fake and The Ascent stick out. Also, I know nothing about surfing or Riding Giants, but I might check it out now.
riverplate - Good through three rounds. I'm not a big Kazan fan, but Streetcar is still quite a good picture. King Kong rocks, ditto Seven Men From Now, one of the few Westerns chosen in the draft. I don't mind the fun picks either: Goldfinger and Aliens are both well-crafted entertainments (even if they're not masterpieces). Patton and Woolf are pretty dire, IMO, and I'm not a Capra fan in the slightest (save one movie).
SirManchester - What I expected from Manc. Very solid overall, but he loses major points from me for Funny Games, ugh. Pity the survivors of the nuclear Holocaust. After watching that Haneke abortion, they might just wish they'd died. :p Aside from that, very, very good. I like the first six picks (haven't seen the van Sant), and I love Peeping Tom.
GringoTex - Some cool stuff here, an extremely solid draft: Bunuel, Rosselini, Minelli (not the one I would have chosen, but c'est la vie), Ophuls, Cassavetes, Joseph H. Lewis (hell yeah!), Akerman. Very good. Plus this Drama/Mex movie that I've never seen.
Panfilo - Best draft in my opinion. Can't say I love the Back to the Future pick, but given the draft theme it kind of works. You also get huge props for taking my favorite Scorsese, an Oshima movie, and taking the steal of the draft (Conformist in round nine). You also taught a lot of people a thing or two about good drafting - you managed to take your favorite Hitch (and the best Hitch taken in the draft) in round seven. Nice.
Demosthenes - Solid draft. Awesome round ten pick, plus some more solid choices (Public Enemy, Don't Look Now, Land Without Bread, The Crowd, The Naked City).
Matt in the Hat - Mary Chesnut fail.
Ghost - Good draft until round ten. Little Miss Sunshine fail. Huge, huge points though for being the only drafter to take something off of my draft board (Mirror). Two Malicks strikes me as overkill.
Sachsen - I didn't get all the hate for the Beauty and the Beast pick. It's easily the best animated Disney feature made after the golden years (which ended by 1960). I've never actually been much enthralled by Triumph of the Will - it's interesting for about twenty/thirty minutes, and then boring for the next 1 1/2 hours. Frankenstein is awesome, one of the great American films. After that though, you sort of trudge through the next five picks before blowing everyone away with Prince Achmed. Weird.
I don't get the rating system. Are we assigning points? Are we ranking? WTF?
I'll rank and give points:
1. Panfilo (5 Points)
2. GringoTex (4 Points)
3. SirManchester (3 points)
4. DoctorJones24 (2 points)
5. Demosthenes (1 point)

3. Magnolia (1999)
5. Lonesome Dove (1989)
6. Band of Brothers (2001)
Runaway winner if not for those three.
Ismitje
7. Roxanne (1987)
8. A Fish Called Wanda (1988)
9. The Producers (1968)
10. Heaven Can Wait (1978)
A really, really interesting draft (including a couple films I hadn't heard of) that just kind of fell off a cliff starting in round 7. I feel like you just started letting my grandmother draft for you.
MeridianFC
5. Fast Times at Ridgemont High (1982)
I really liked your draft except for Fast Times, which is garbage. Props for the Melville pick and Slacker.
riverplate
6. Aliens (1986)
9. Dip huet seung hung/The Killer (1989)
I don't understand these two picks when there were so many better films in those respective genres available.
SirManchester
6. Burden of Dreams (1982)
This pretty much sums up SirManc's draft, which I thought was an exercise in humorless navel-gazing.
GringoTex
9. Jeanne Dielman, 23 Quai du Commerce, 1080 Bruxelles (1975)
10. Cockfighter (1974)
Points for comedic juxtaposition.
Panfilo
8. The Sweet Hereafter (1997)
Just a great, diverse draft. My only quibble is with The Sweet Hereafter, which is typical Egoyan dreck, but the rest is just about perfect.
Demosthenes
5. The Naked City (1948)
8. The Crowd (1928)
I would have taken He Who Must Die instead of The Naked City and The Big Parade instead of The Crowd, but those are minor quibbles. You took two off my board in The Player and Land Without Bread.
Matt in the Hat
2. O Brother, Where Art Thou? (2000)
9. Cooley High (1975)
Your two best picks.
Ghost
4. The New World (2005)
8. The Thin Red Line (1998)
10. Little Miss Sunshine (2006)
Like DoctorJones you had seven great picks and three inexplicable ones. Malick is interminable, so there was no need to pick two of them.
Sachsen
8. The Outsiders (1983)
9. The Fountain (2006)
Ugh. Eight picks that range from pretty good to "Wow!", but those two are abysmal.
1. Demosthenes (5 points)
2. Panfilo (4 points)
3. DoctorJones24 (3 points)
4. Ghost (2 points)
5. Meridian (1 point)
EDIT: Just want to say points to Demosthenes and SirManc for being the only two to have a clear theme to their drafts.

Started off with two great picks - I still contend that Ace in the Hole is a crackerjack pick -- but Magnolia to me is pure garbage. Then you went for the two miniseries, which I think damaged your list overall even though I do love Band of Brothers. But to me, it's fine television, which is not the point of the draft. I give you credit for thinking outside the box with Serenity.
Ismitje
I think your first six are pretty good -- although I haven't seen all of them. I also like A Fish Called Wanda and I do believe it belongs in the draft, as it's a classic of its genre and time period. But Roxanne, The producers and Heaven Can Wait seem like unexceptional films to me.
MeridianFC
You have a couple of really good picks with Lifeboat, which I think has been unfairly maligned by some people experiencing Hitchcock backlash or something. It's an excellent movie. Bob le flambeur, also a good pick. I'm ambivalent about Slacker. I haven't seen Crimson Gold or the Wenders, but they seem like solid picks.
Matrim55
I totally get the Real Genius pick. It's a standout among comedies of the 80's -- although there are others which enjoy more popularity I guess. I'm looking forward to netflixing the Ascent. Also, I do not get the dislike for Fight Club, I think it's one of the best films of its decade. Overall, this is a superior list.
riverplate
You definitely get credit for Streetcar -- great pick. The rest are all pretty damn good. I'm not so enthusiastic about Bond movies, but I get their cultural significance. Patton is the only one on your list that I really can't justify.
SirManchester
I really don't hate Wong Kar Wai. I just don't worship him like some people do, and I actually think some of his later work is far superior to the earlier stuff. I do have issues with the Linklater pick, although it may simply be because I cannot abide Ethan Hawke. Anyway, this list is a bit pretentious but it's not terrible.
GringoTex
You have at least 5 picks I've never heard of, so that must count for something. I give you the special award for obscurity.
Panfilo
Very good draft. I'm particularly impressed that you snagged Mean Streets and Black Orpheus.
Matt in the Hat
You know, this list is not nearly as bad as some people have made it out to be. It's just that Frost/Nixon,Dogma, and the Civil War are dragging it down. But the other 7 picks are actually very good. I love the John Waters pick.
Ghost
Your list has some really excellent picks, and some horrible fails. You know how I feel about the New World, and that sentiment pretty much extends to all of Malick's work. So there's two picks I hate. Plus Little Miss Sunshine, ugh. Credit for Man on Wire, the Piano and Shanghai. I also hear that Zodiac is very good, but haven't seen it.
Sachsen
Okay, even though Beauty is not the best Disney animated feature, not even the best of the new ones, it's still a wonderful movie and a bold pick. I think all your picks are strong, except maybe the Fountain.
My ranking:
1. Matrim55 (5 points)
2. Riverplate (4 points)
3. Panfilo (3 points)
4. Meridian FC (2 points)
5. Matt in the Hat (1 point)

I haven't seen a large number of these films (which I've bolded), so with that in mind:
DoctorJones24
1. Ace in the Hole (1951)
2. La double vie de Véronique/The Double Life of Veronique (1991)
3. Magnolia (1999)
4. Monty Python's Life of Brian (1979)
5. Lonesome Dove (1989)
6. Band of Brothers (2001)
7. Halloween (1979)
8. Das Leben der Anderen/The Lives of Others (2006)
9. Moolaadé (2004)
10. Serenity (2005)
You're first two picks are by overrated hacks but Lonesome Dove is the best thing I've seen on network television and Halloween is a staple.
Ismitje
1. Wall-E (2008)
2. Gmar Gavi'a/Cup Final (1991)
3. Men With Guns (1997)
4. Destry Rides Again (1939)
5. Como Era Gostoso o Meu Francês/How Tasty Was My Little Frenchman (1971)
6. Noirs et blancs en couleur/Black and White in Color (1976)
7. Roxanne (1987)
8. A Fish Called Wanda (1988)
9. The Producers (1968)
10. Heaven Can Wait (1978)
You did pick John Sayles best film out of that pile of crap he's made so that's good. I especially find Destry inexplicable as your sole entry from classical Hollywood.
MeridianFC
1. Lifeboat (1944)
2. C'est arrivé près de chez vous/Man Bites Dog (1992)
3. Bob le flambeur (1956)
4. Slacker (1991)
5. Fast Times at Ridgemont High (1982)
6. Talaye sorkh/Crimson Gold (2003)
7. Im Lauf der Zeit/Kings of the Road (1976)
8. Onibaba (1964)
9. On the Beach (1959)
10. Life is Sweet (1991)
A solid but very modest list. Feels very personal.
Matrim55
1. Straw Dogs (1971)
2. Miller's Crossing (1990)
3. Doctor Zhivago (1965)
4. Real Genius (1985)
5. F for Fake (1974)
6. Trainspotting (1996)
7. Riding Giants (2004)
8. The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993)
9. Fight Club (1999)
10. Voskhozhdeniye/The Ascent (1977)
The genius of Straw Dogs, F For Fake, and Ascent make up for the excruciating pain you caused me with your Lean pick.
riverplate
1. A Streetcar Named Desire (1951)
2. King Kong (1933)
3. Seven Men From Now (1956)
4. Goldfinger (1964)
5. Ningen no jôken/The Human Condition (1959-61)
6. Aliens (1986)
7. Patton (1970)
8. Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? (1966)
9. Dip huet seung hung/The Killer (1989)
10. Lost Horizon (1937)
You're actually one of only two drafters who stole a pick from me. (actually a director- I was going to pick Tall T). I'm actually a fan of Aliens, but there's a lot of dross in the rest.
SirManchester
1. Duo luo tian shi/Fallen Angels (1995)
2. Inland Empire (2006)
3. Beau travail (1999)
4. Before Sunset (2004)
5. L'année dernière à Marienbad/Last Year at Marienbad (1961)
6. Burden of Dreams (1982)
7. Paranoid Park (2007)
8. Peeping Tom (1960)
9. Donnie Darko (2001)
10. Funny Games (1997)
Only seen half of your list, so I feel guilty about not voting for you. But I hate Marienbad and Beau travail.
GringoTex
1. Subida al Cielo/Mexican Bus Ride (1952)
2. La prise de pouvoir par Louis XIV/The Taking of Power by Louis XIV (1966)
3. Some Came Running (1958)
4. Le Plaisir (1952)
5. The Killing of a Chinese Bookie (1976)
6. The Big Combo (1955)
7. Drama/Mex (2006)
8. They All Laughed (1981)
9. Jeanne Dielman, 23 Quai du Commerce, 1080 Bruxelles (1975)
10. Cockfighter (1974)
Pure navel gazing. If you set out to draft a bunch of second-tier films nobody has seen, you certainly succeeded.
Panfilo
1. Ensayo de un crimen/The Criminal Life of Archibaldo de la Cruz (1955)
2. Hotaru no haka/Grave of the Fireflies (1988)
3. Fukushû suru wa ware ni ari/Vengeance is Mine (1979)
4. Mean Streets (1973)
5. The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada (2005)
6. Back to the Future (1985)
7. The Lady Vanishes (1938)
8. The Sweet Hereafter (1997)
9. Il conformista/The Conformist (1970)
10. Orfeu Negro/Black Orpheus (1959)
The only sin in this draft is Black Orpheus. Archibaldo, Vengeance and Three Burials are pure genius.
Demosthenes
1. The Player (1992)
2. The Public Enemy (1931)
3. Don't Look Now (1973)
4. Lolita (1962)
5. The Naked City (1948)
6. Las Hurdes/Land Without Bread (1933)
7. No Country for Old Men (2007)
8. The Crowd (1928)
9. Akira (1988)
10. News from Home (1977)
Land Without Bread is probably the greatest single pick in this draft. And you stole my other director (I was going to pick Thieves' Highway). Curiously enough, I think you're two worst picks were the first two.
Matt in the Hat
1. Frost/Nixon (2008)
2. O Brother, Where Art Thou? (2000)
3. Blazing Saddles (1974)
4. Polyester (1981)
5. Bottle Rocket (1996)
6. The Civil War (1990)
7. The Blues Brothers (1980)
8. Dogma (1999)
9. Cooley High (1975)
10. Waiting for Guffman (1996)
How can I judge this draft?
Ghost
1. The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford (2007)
2. Man on Wire (2008)
3. Zodiac (2007)
4. The New World (2005)
5. The Piano (1993)
6. Safe (1995)
7. Hai shang hua/Flowers of Shanghai (1998)
8. The Thin Red Line (1998)
9. Zerkalo/Mirror (1975)
10. Little Miss Sunshine (2006)
You lose points for lack of historical depth. I don't understand anything about Zodiac. The Piano is crap. Two Malick's is one too many because the dude makes the same movie over and over again. Safe is great- the anti-Piano.
Sachsen
1. Beauty and the Beast (1991)
2. Rocky (1976)
3. Triumph des Willens/Triumph of the Will (1935)
4. Frankenstein (1931)
5. E.T. the Extra Terrestrial (1982)
6. The Sixth Sense (1999)
7. The Magnificent Seven (1960)
8. The Outsiders (1983)
9. The Fountain (2006)
10. Die Abenteuer des Prinzen Achmed/The Adventures of Prince Achmed (1926)
Your only great film is Nazi propaganda.

There was stuff chosen that I haven't seen, to be frank. Anyway...
DoctorJones24
Not into Monty Python. The TV choices don't work for me in the movie context. Halloween over-rated despite its rep as a classic. Ace in the Hole & Lives of Others are fine.
Ismitje
Thanks for Men With Guns & Destry. I liked Wall-E but not overwhelmed by it. That stretch of comedies aren't something I'd want to sit thru. I don't think the foreign choices were strong enough.
MeridianFC
Bob le flambeur & Onibaba are the best for me. I need to challenge On the Beach. It was one of those "important" films in its day that's totally tame and dull now. A lot of Stanley Kramer plays like that. I'm surprised anyone remembers this film at all. I spoke about Lifeboat at the beginning of the draft.
Matrim55
I'm not a Coen person. Zhivago was nailed by Via during the draft. Not emotionally involving at all for me. Fake is just that. Riding Giants -- which I never heard of -- might actually be interesting. Forget Burton. I thought Fight Club was okay, but not as a choice.
SirManchester
I can't believe Marienbad took soooo long to go in the drafts. It wasn't a pick for me to do, but someone had to take it. Congrats! I also like Burden of Dreams & Peeping Tom.
GringoTex
Mexican Bus Ride is a nice pick. I'm not going to argue about much of Bunuel. Le Plaisir is fine. I'll definately need to see Big Combo. Forget Cassavetes (although I can actually stand Chinese Bookie) & Bogdanovich. Call me a philistine! Jeanne Dielman? I don't think so.
Panfilo
Ensayo de un crimen, Vengeance is Mine, Melquiades Estrada, The Lady Vanishes, The Conformist, Black Orpheus... Jesus Christ! I'll let Back to the Future ride because of these.
Demosthenes
Really nice mix. The one Coen I can stand. I could sit through all of these except the last.
Matt in the Hat
Way too heavy emphasis of comedy.
Ghost
Overloaded with contemporary films. 9 are from the last 16 years. Thin Red Line -- sure you want the remake over the 1964 original?
Sachsen
Disney's Beauty and the Beast -- no. The Beauty and the Beast that should have been picked is Cocteau's. Still not chosen! Triumph of the Will needed to be picked by somebody. Frankenstein is great, of course. I thought about Mgnificent 7 -- my favorite western as a kid -- but I've seen too many better ones over the years. No prob with it here, however. Forget Rocky & E.T. & Outsiders.
Votes:
1. Panfilo - 5 pts.
2. Demosthenes - 4 pts.
3. GringoTex - 3 pts.
4. SirManchester - 2 pts.
5. Matrim55 - 1 pt.
(Too bad Via didn't participate. He would have been somewhere in here.)

I should say my mind could easily change in the next month after Netflix hots some of the Gringo and SirM films to me.

This is a tremendous point. I think I've repped you too recently, too bad.

Points for bringing in Sayles, one of my favorites (and one of GT's least, so double bonus). Also Pixar needed to be included, though the one you picked left me a bit cold. Still, I like the pick. Roxanne...I enjoyed it a good bit way back when, but it seems out of place here. Lots of glossy fun movies match it every year.

Unfortunately, this is one of those lists of mostly movies I've been meaning to see, but haven't yet. Fast Times is a solid pick, if only for one brilliant performance and its general zeitgeist feel--as a whole movie, it's actually pretty lame.
Matrim55
Can't believe Miller's Crossing was still available. Real Genuis was a great pick. Dr. Z I can respect. Trainspotting...fair enough. Overall a solid list, though F for Fake looks like something that might be semi-interesting to discuss in a seminar.
riverplate
Pretty solid list, if a bit vanilla. Except John Woo, who seems to me like Robert Rodriguez's equally untalented twin.
SirManchester
Props for Beau Travail--though I was going to go with a different Denis. The last two picks were duds for me, though I get why some people like them. Funny Games certainly was a visceral experience...just ended up seeming gimmicky. Still, it grabbed me when I was surfing HBO one night and I'd never heard of it.
GringoTex
10 movies I'll try to see, expecting all of them to be interesting. I'll like about half, probably.
Panfilo
Solid list. I don't think Back to the Future has held up so well, but it does have a certain iconic cultural status. Otherwise, no real gripes here, with some smart picks. You got me to finally watch 3 Burials and it knocked my socks off. Superior to No Country by a long way, IMO.
Demosthenes
Really good draft. Even the stuff I haven't seen (Hurdes), looks awesome. Snagging Akira so late, with its genre importance, was lucky. Not as crazy about the No Country pick--thought that was pretty overrated. The far superior There Will Be Blood got hosed by both the Academy AND Demosthenes!
Matt in the Hat
Would have loved 1 or 2 of these movies mixed in with some of the other draftees. All combined, it begins to look a bit repetitive. Need Blues Brothers once you get Blazing Saddles? Similarly, Guffman, Brother, and Bottle Rocket, and Dogma all share that indie comedy vibe--all good, yes (though Dogma hasn't aged well, IMO), but there are other genres/time periods/cultures. Still, this is the list of someone having fun with the draft, which is cool.
Ghost
Solid sampling of recent critical darlings. Bonus points for the ballsy pick of Sunshine. An overreach? Sure. But I appreciate the moxy, and truth be told, by now it's probably gone from being overrated to being underrated after all the standard indie backlash.
Sachsen
Criminal that Mag 7 dropped that far. Overall, a fun list of culturally important movies. Stay gold, Sachsen.
As for rankings, it seems a bit silly given how many of these I haven't seen. So to embrace that irrationality...
5 pts: Gringo Tex. True, I haven't seen any of these movies. But the write ups alone are worth the points. Plus he has a movie called Cockfighter and an epic about peeling potatoes.
4 pts: MeridianFC.
3 pts: Demosthenes
2 pts: SirManchester
1 pt: panfilo

I agree with you - I LOVE La Belle et la Bête. In fact, I almost picked them BOTH -- but I thought that might have been a bit overkill in one draft.

For the record, I chose The Thin Red Line after forgetting I had chosen another Malick film. The New World, after work and losing interest led me to kinda take a break from the game. When I came back and wrote them up I broke the rules and substituted Being There for the eighth round. If you all think I should be held to TTRL, that's fine, too.
Initially, I was only going to choose movies from this decade, but as usual my strategy only lasted for four rounds before it bored me and I changed plans.
As to LMS, I'm right, you're wrong, and that's all I care about.

Not voting but just wanted to leave some sketchy comments in case anyone cares --gotta say that, on average, I've seen about 3 to 4 movies in each list. Sadly, that means I am in no position to vote since I would be leaving out half of the lists which may be great or not, who knows. Films not explicitely mentioned I have not seen. Also, I am only commenting on those lists from which I have seen half or more of the films.
DoctorJones24. Moolade, Life of Brian, great picks. Leben I haven't seen and not really know what to do with the TV series stuff. Magnolia is pretentious and awful, though. Disparate list but some strong contenders.
Matrim55. I have similar tastes and interests in film as Matrim and I knew I would like a few of his picks. Miller's Crossing and Trainspotting are bona fide modern classics but I couldn't stand nor finish Zhivago and I don't think Fight Club is on par with some of the movies in your list. Straw Dogs is a great pick too.
Demosthenes. Don't Look Now and Lolita take top prizes. The Player is a great satire although I am not convinced with including NCFOM. It just left me cold, although I also thought that I might give another shot.
Matt in the Hat. I liked the Coens pick although it is way too high at second. Going down your list, there are highs (Blazzing Saddles) and lows (Dogma). The BB I haven't watched but the music and car chases are great
Sachsen. I don't like the Beauty and the Beast pick and I really can't watch ET anymore. But Rocky, Frankenstein and The Sixth Sense are all good films.
Random Thoughts: Zodiac is a very good film but not a classic in my opinion. I am glad someone took The Lady Vanishes. Props to SirManc for picking Donnie Darko, a great little gem of a film.
