I thought Id start a thread that discussed non-soccer Honduran athletes.
Since Im a big baseball fan, Ill start it off with a Red Sox prospect:
Jose Vaquedano: A sidearm righty reliever who pitches for the Pawtucket Red Sox (the triple A affiliate of the Red Sox). For those who dont know, triple A is the level of play in the minor leagues, and is thus the closest to the majors. Born in La Ceiba.
Vaquedano's Stats:
> 4 wins, 1 loss, 2.83 era (which for non-baseball fans are very good stats)
Hitters are hitting a horrific .194 against him, so hes been lights-out.

More great news, he just recently made the I.L. team in the Triple A All Star Game!
