Help a brother out:

I was out of the country for the past couple weeks, and despite trying my damnedest could not find a telecast of the US-Mex game where I was staying on Weds night. Then I got home to find that my TiVo didn't record the game because FSW didn't air the game when it said it would. Then I go online to find out that we won and played (what appears to be) some of our best soccer since... well, since the last time we beat Mexico.

So I'm writing to see if anyone has the plans or capability to burn a DVD of this game, in which case I'd pay an extortionate rate to buy it off you (I realize videotape is a much more likely option but unfortunately I don't have a VCR).

I know that creating DVDs of the game is probably only worthwhile if you're doing it en masse, so I also thought I'd start this thread to see if anyone else is interested in getting a copy of the game on disc in which case it might be more likely that someone would take the trouble to do it. In any case, send me a PM or post here if you have any thought. Thanks!

I can probably do this. Typically I go through the game and remove 30-40 minutes of dead time to get it to fit on the DVD at 100% quality. Exactly how exorbitant were you planning on this being (disclaimer...my copy is from the Telemundo feed)...

Let me know...Scot

THanks for the offers guys. I now have a lead on getting my hands on a dvd of the game, but if that doesn't work out I'll be in touch.
