So when it comes right down to it, is the Groove in your Heart, do you Pump up the Jam, or do you go along with Everybody Dancing Now?

Anyone else waiting for the Cathy Denis versus Crystal Waters thread?

And Mike, I'm a little upset with you that there is no PM Dawn battle of the bands love.

Personally, I always hated C&C music factory. To the stupid would be rapper who didn't own a shirt, to the two 50 year old guys (Clivilles, Cole) who leant their names to the band seemingly as a front to find hot young chicks to sleep with, to the not all that amazing female lead singer, the unoriginal songs...I just didn't like them.

Dee Lite had an asian DJ, catchy tunes, and a lead singer that I wanted to sleep with. What more do you need?

Okay, I'm off to start my Shai vs. The Deele thread.

Technotronic - Anyone who supplied the soundtrack to a Cindy Crawford in slowmotion commercial is A-List in my book.

PM Dawn was a great band. Too bad they only had one album that was really good.

I thought David Coles died of an 'AIDS-related illness' - a quick google search reveals it was put down to spinal meningitis. I hope I'm not being too un-PC in saying that I always assumed it wasn't hot young chicks he was aiming for - not that there's anything wrong wit dat.

Having seen Lady Jane get all academic and ******** on a panel in Princeton in the early 90s, and discovering to my surprise that, sans-makeup, she's rather fly, and also due to the fact that I love that stupid song, Dee-Lite has to be in there like swimwear, knameen?
