Two more forwards to solid. Five of the six passable trainees I had at the beginning of the season are now solid. =)
What comes after magnificent attack ratings?
My coach downgraded his goal keeping skill from wretched to disasterous... or whichever is worse..
This wont stop me from using him as my backup GK in friendlies. :D

No changes which is frustrating but I better have at least one player improve next week. I have 2 guys 80% or more in training. One will be a passable defensive mf and the other will be my first formable playmaking mf.

Form +4/-5. I PM pop to solid. He is on the market (Fasoli). I'll put him in the transfer thread. I have an overabundance of trainees, expecting more than one pop this week. Guess what they say about counting chickens is true.
phillips10: Form is a fickle creature. I haven't had many experiences with it yet but from what I have read in other places, my advice: Increase training intensity to 100% and fill out the assistant coaches. The second thing has the added benefit of increasing training speed as well.

-"This week's training was marred by a team conflict because of the coach's incomprehensible decisions. People speak of "a wasted week of training.""
Grrrrr. Next week I will remember to doublecheck my formation.......

OUCH!!! that sucks ur_land, no training this week, damn.
Had some form pops, and maybe one going down, but not many. The best news is, that my last starting IM poped to solid in PM. :) Makes my goalie my only starter without solid in a main skill area.

2 pops from trainees. Form was mostly on the downswing though, probably due to upping the training intensity recently.

2 playmaking pops........my 17 yo passable trainee went solid, and my 24 yo possible future starter (or major scratch on the transfer market) went world class. Still waiting on my 17 yo excellent youth pull to jump a level.
Form held steady, which is fine by me.

No pops for me this week
But my starting IM went from wretched to weak form, so I'll take that. He is a formidable PM who got one star in his last match!!!!

-6 overall in the form department. And I wasn't training stamina!
'bout time though. Have had a pretty good run of form this year. Better to get it outta the way now so that I can take on the #1 in my series in a couple of weeks.
No pops expected, none found.

thanks, I used to have my intensity higher, but ran into some injury issues..now that I'm making more money I can invest in more coaches and physios tho...

yay. 3 pops, including a 17 year old to excellent playmaking. I'm hoping he'll make it to the Bosnian team. I know of two players who are ahead of him in training. Will somebody please take them out?

I had completely forgotten about the physios. The rash of injuries I have had lately has caused me to add five to the staff. Hopefully I can shake the injury bug. I can't afford to have trainees sitting.
