The more info phone number on the .pdf file didn't answer my questions so I guess I'll ask 'em here.

1. Do you get some kind of receipt after you either mail in or fax in the form? Just to let you know that it was recieved and you have tickets?

2. Do the tickets get mailed to you, left at will call or do you somehow have a choice?

can't vouch for this match, but the US/Mexico match would've answered the questions thusly:

1. nope
2. mailed straight to me in an envelope with nothing else in it
