i thing rafael van der vart from ajax can come to play in the left wing.
ayala from valencia wil help us in the defence.
placente from leverkuzen za a left defender.
vieri will be great with crespo

Lucio (B. Leverkusen) would be a good addition to any defense. I like that guy.
Hell while you're mining the Bundesliga for talent, ditch Mutu or Crespo and pick up Ailton from Schalke 04 before they even get to use him!

Errr.......I don't really want either. Lucio tends to roam around a bit too much, and Ailton's a good player, but he's had one magical season. I'd rather buy someone a bit more established.

As has been said, we can do considerably better than Mr. Red Card Waiting to Happen.
Alan Smith is a dick. I'd have a hard time supporting him as a Chelsea player.

How do you really feel, GPK? ;) Not that I'd disagree. If we're going to have players like that in our side, I'd rather they be ours to begin with. You know, like Dennis Wise :D

but....Well mst77 and lowey, we are all Chelsea fans and we all concur with that sentiment of beating Monaco, BUT, after all we have to have something interesting to do whilst we spend our time at desks forced to do scribby-scratchhead words and maths non?
Speculation and debate. An autopsy of sorts and the season isn’t even a corpse yet. We could even end up Champions of Europe :)
But, just to add to the debate I say we reunite (yep, reunite) Eidur and Ronaldo up-front.
Chelsea are considering a double summer swoop for Real Madrid duo David Beckham and Ronaldo. Story was in the Times (does that mean it's true?)
