UM02 (http://www.ultrasmontreal.com) (Ultras Montréal)
The group was created in 2002, after the re-opening of the Montréal Impact, when a group of fans decided to bring organized and vocal support to Impact games. Their slogan is "Toujours Fidèles" which is French for Always Faithful.

Nice support you got there. Have you considered pulling a Sons of Ben and start organizing road game visits to MLS games? It might be a bit rough to get some tickets to a Toronto game, but a few hundred supporters showing up at a NYRB game might get some attention. ;)

Unlike Philly, MTL already has a team and games to go to and yell themselves silly. They even have a hated rival in Rochester. They also already play TFC and Vancouver for the Canada Cup. They are plenty busy already.

Pshaw. Montreal has off weeks.;) If Saputo is going to be a tool, the fans have to give MLS some love, or very vocal hate at a game. :)

Congratulations you just showed a picture of a seemingly empty section when in reality you posted a picture of a seating area BEFORE THE GAME STARTED. That section is the North End Elite and not only is it always packed but it is also a standing section. Seriously, do your research before making yourself look like an idiot.
To the other poster with the comment "NCC GAME?", in Canada the NCC games get great attendance, unlike the US Open Cup, and especially so in Toronto where were usually get between 19.5k-20k for the games.

Please note the smiley at the end of the sentence in my comment that you're complaining about. On BS that is usually a pretty good indicator that the comment is meant as a joke.
And what do you mean USOC doesn't get great attendance down here? The Sounders are going to sell out their practice field for tomorrow's game against KC Wizards and then will be playing the semi's at the practice field as well! If that doesn't scream great attendance, I don't know what does. :D (Please note smiley)
I wish the US teams took USOC seriously, but whatcha gonna do? But then, NCC's round robin style works out better from the marketing standpoint, in that you have months to market the games. USOC has single elimination rounds and a bidding system for hosting the games, which usually means the teams will have less than a week to market the games.

I wasn't angry with you or anything, I was merely pointing out that the NCC is actually quite successful. The US Open Cup is a great tournament, I follow it, and has some great stories from PDL/USL-2 teams doing well to the amazing support at the Portland v. Seattle match.

the point was whether Ultra could into a Toronto game and obviously some did.
Jeez - take a Midol before your return (pleeze)!

Of course they can get tickets, Toronto FC allocates like 200 tickets for away support for every game. Thats the extra tickets they release on game day.

That second picture you posted is definitely the San Jose Earthquakes Ultras and not the UM02 of Montreal. By the way, I am not ragging on the Montreal fans and I am their biggest supporter for inclusion into the MLS. I have stood amongst them for a Canada game, two USL games, and multiple Champions League games and they were a blast.

So is the third. Unless of course, montreal has started playing at Oakland Stadium all of a sudden.
