Very nice read. He definitely sounds committed to the club and to have a level head on his shoulders.

I like the fact that he places great importance on his diet and acknowledges the athletic aspect of the game not just the skill+intelligence aspects.

I myself have always preached about drinking room temp water and not cold! It takes more energy for your body to heat it to the desired temp! Way to go Arsene!

My guess is that (if it's too cold) your body takes more energy to heat up during the night to maintain/regulate temperature similar to when you drink cold drinks vs room temperature.

Air conditioners dry the air. Too much AC can dry the lungs which in turn can make the chest feel tight.

A broken air conditioner can also cause Legionnaire's disease because it lets out damp air which is very bad for your lungs.

I find with my asthma that AC can leave me breathless
