I am very excited about Wednesday's game, but not sure what I should do or expect for the game against Mexico. I've got my red shirt, tickets, and three buddies ready. We'll be coming down after work.

I think we're supposed to meet at the tailgate and go in as one group? Is that right? It's a general admisson type deal so we just kind of sit where we end up?

Also, what kind of chants should I prepare? I have reviewed some of the stuff on Sam's Army site and want to know of there are any "crutch" ones. I assume the traditional "Ole" is out.

Thanks for any info or advice!

Uh... "Ole" is definitely IN! As are other chants in Spanish. (Estados Unidos, etc.)

Also, you will hear longtime (well, maybe not longtime just yet, but they will be) favorites like, "Jeonju! It's just like back in Jeonju!"

Other fun standards:

Couldn't score in a brothel (which, for this series, is pretty apt!)

Let's go, US!

Others can be found at:

We usually don't get to many of the songs lower on the list.

Basically, you have a good feel for it - just be ready to be loud for two hours.

The Sammers' Section during the national anthem before US/Mexico last May (thanks to Andy Mead and YCJ):
