Hopefully just a negotiating position by Frank's lot.

I did read this in a couple of other places. If Moratti was still President I would believe it, now I'm not sure, possibly.

That article doesn't say squat. Frank ain't going anywhere. He's a big English star on what, after our imminent summer acquisitions, will be one of the 2 or 3 most talented lineups in the world. There's very little reason for him to leave right on the cusp of greatness for both himself and the team.

As Andy said, it has to be some sort of ploy from all the powers that be.
Lampard going to Italy is something that i simply can't see happening anythime at all in the future.
In the end i expect he'll get the new deal he's looking for, it may not compare to what others are making - then again it may - but, over the course of the summer i'll bet that all the players that are going to be around for the long term will have a sit down with PK to sort stuff like this out.
