Page 2 is part of espn.com, where that do all kinds of lists and surveys of the best this and worst that.

Today's list is a bracket of the best male athlete in the world. Its a head to head elimanation deal. It includes Tiger, Garnett, Randy Moss, etc.

And who is one of their top 16 male athlete in the world candidates . . . our very on Thierry Henry. Swing by and vote, ESPN hates soccer and it would be great if we could push him through.

Of course the list inexplicably included RVN, who while being a tremendous player, is hardly the best "athlete" even on ManU.

Check it out.

2. RVN is indeed in the bracket, facing off against Tiger Woods. This poll is basically a popularity contest, though. The true best athlete in the world is highly subjective. I voted for Henry, but man it was a tough choice against a long-distance runner.

Adu is currently beating Andy Roddick. Which, I think, shows how much people have gotten to know Adu. However, at least Roddick has managed to accomplish something at the highest levels of his sport. I voted for Roddick. It looks like Henry will win his matchup against the runner. And Van Horseyface is going down to Woods, but what can you do, its freakin' Tiger Woods.

You should have put in the link: http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/page2/story?page=degree/male/athlete/2004

I love the description of him:
"On the list because he leads the England Premiereship with 21 goals for unbeaten Arsenal, because he isn't just a striker but has a complete game, and because he's wicked, wicked fast." I take it that they couldn't describe quite how fast he is, so they had to just double up?
