Real Madrid president Florentino Perez today denied his side were interested in signing Arsenal striker Thierry Henry.
The prolific Frenchman was widely believed to top Real Madrid's shopping list this season as they looked for the next 'galactico' following the capture of David Beckham last summer.
'He is a great player, but if you are asking whether or not he was in our most intimate thoughts, the truth is that he never was,' Perez told radio show El Largero.
Uh oh.... here come the denials...
But seriously, Henry isn't going anywhere. I'm 99.99% sure of that. :)
