To the best of my knowledge, most National Football Federations keep an close eye on refree matters by running refree committees or similar organizations within the national federations.
My question is, if there is any indepedent organization outside the federations (like refree unions) established to hold each other in check, so that they(unions) can benefit themselves in many ways by demanding whatever is needed to improve refrees' status
