Matt if you can get supporter and join the Arsenal fed, Tex what is your team name and are you in the fed. You will both get in as guess who is the Vice-Chair. My team is surrealmadrid in england,have a look at my team badge.

Not sure, maybe a few weeks tops. Some places like Sweden require a long waiting period.

I would say so. Do yourself a favour and get Hattrick Manager once you get a team. It'll help you make selections, set the starting bid on your players, track training, etc.

How do I change the players I have in my starting line up? and Why do you start off with really sh1te players that have absolutely rubbish attributes

What, you expect to start off at the top? Where's the challenge there? You change the players in your starting lineup by clicking on orders and then clicking on each position and inserting the player you wish to start.

Alright, I'm looking for some suggestions on what to name my fan club. Any suggestions? I also wouldn't mind joining the Arsenal Federation.

Any of you interested in starting up an unofficial Arsenal supporters tournament in hattrick? Once everyone who is interested is knocked out of their country's cup, we can use friendlies to play the games. It would mean no time wasted searching for friendly opponents for as long as the tourney is going on since there would be a schedule. A fair amount of the friendlies would also be internationals, which is always a good thing. Oh, and there would be bragging rights for the tourney winner, of course. :)
