Well, if there's no supplimental draft for some reason, then each school can petition their players back in to their senior season.

Good news for Williams.

I think that's what they'll do. I can't see how the NCAA could punish these kids with an entire season sit-down.

Besides, I doubt it'll come to that. I think they'll be forced to go the supplimental draft route.

The Supreme Court (Ruth Ginsberg) backs the stay on the hearing and as of right now Clarett and Williams are still out in the cold.

However, Clarett has petitioned another Supreme Court Justice and that judge could rule on the matter anywere between now and twenty four hours from now on his decision to back or not back Ginsberg's opinion and keep them Maurice out of the draft.

Unless by some miracle Williams manages to get the same judges to look at his case differently and allow him in sometime tomorrow, in which case Maurice will be afforded that right as well.

But that ain't gonna happen.
