Tough call. I think I would drop Moore. He has the worst passing of the bunch. His experience could make him more attractive as well for a sale.

I'd say Moore too.

He is older, you can always train these slightly younger guys giving you flexibility, Moore is past his training days.

Do you train defenders? I'm assumin not, so I'd sell the 19 year old. The other two make better back ups, and because the 19 y.o. can still be trained, he might fetch a higher price.

You training defense?
I like Moore, he's cheap, and has experience. He's just as good as Boellaard, unless you are playing offensive WBs.

Dave Boellaard is a foreigner and still young enough to be valuable to another team. And he's Winger: inadequate Defending: passable

I'd sell Boellaard or Britton. That's just me I guess. Unless of course, you ARE training defense.

No, I'm not training defense, I'm training playmaking, I just had wanted to upgrade my defense, and in doing so I have to get rid of a player. Right now, I'm leaning towards either Moore or Britton, Moore due to his age and his attitude, which has a small affect on TS I believe, and Britton due to his ability to be a better sell due to his age, still thinking though

I agree with gunner, I like moore's exp and price....plus he's controversial so that lessens his sales price.

I'd sell britton, a 19 yo in solid form...he'd appeal most to defender trainers.

Moore's attitude should not affect TS, nor should it have any significant effect on sale price.

sure it will, people will be less apt to buy him in fear of the intial TS hit...controversial and nasty players will always sell for a bit less...

the 19yo's training value makes him the best bet for $$ return....

(If it is, maybe I should look harder at controversial players the next time I'm shopping.)

I believe there is a chance for any player to have a negative effect on TS when bought. The chance for controversial or nasty person is just greater than for a popular or symptathetic player.

I've made my decision...

I'm going to sell Britton, so look for him on the transfer thread. Question now becomes the price, I think I'll start him around $10-12K.

I feel this way based on some of my purchases. I bought 2 passable defenders for my training program 2 seasons ago...and paid around 30K for a pleasant guy and and 18 or so for the controversial one.

Well thought you would like to know that Britton sold for $29000 , which goes a small way to make up the money I lost buying my new defender.
