SJ goal #2 in the DC SJ game came after a terrible foul that was missed at the 20 because the reff was caught out of position(spent half of the game in the center circle) and failed to recognize what happened. The goal changed the dynamic of the game and mentally crushed DC united.

Okay!! I will have to take the lump for my typo....The second metros goal in the DCU game is the one to which I am referring........thanks for the correction!

I commented on it in the specific match thread. Prus was bad. DC had every right to be upset. I was upset and I am a Metros fan.

I'll have to re-watch that portion of the game. I hadn't remembered any foul, and Wynalda and Stone are usually going on about presumed referee lapses. The goal was an awesome strike with no FOUL involved.
OK! The goal, starting out with the 'foul', is on mlsnet.com. It looks like there could have been call where DC lost the ball.
