Well, if Citeh do get bought by Potanin this summer (as has been rumored), we can still sleep content in the knowledge that our billionaire is richer. Nyah nyah! :D
Why a Russian billionaire would be interested in Man City, I've no idea. Roman goes to almost every Chelsea game - imagine going to Manchester that often! Gack!
Besides, why's he looking at England? Lazio's for sale! :)

The list is compiled by Philip Beresford, the leading authority on British wealth, and edited by Ian Coxon.

The list covers everyone who is based in the UK. In some cases this status a dubious. It obviously suits The Sunday Times to have Roman Abramovich at number 1, as this will make a bigger splash than the UK's richest person being the incumbent Duke of Westminster for the 175th or whatever year in a row.
