I have seen this thread in other forums...thought, why not in here?
My name is Patrick. I'm 28yo. Married for almost 5yrs now. Have a 2yr old daughter. I'm finishing my degree to teach history (Ages 12-18 or 6th thru 12th grade). I live in Naperville, IL USA, which is very large western suburb of Chicago. Naperville has a population of about 133,000! We honeymooned in London and Scotland (Edinburgh....to be precise).
I got interested in football 3 years ago while after visiting a friend of ours (who is English) living in Chicago. He would constantly be watching the English Premiership. Once I understood the game and enjoyed the passion and beauty of the game, I was hooked.
Was teased last year with a few SPL matches on Fox Sports World, until they stopped showing them in the States...thank you Setanta!

My name is, eh, Gordon. I'm 19 years old and I'm in my 2nd year of a Chemistry degree at the University of Edinburgh. I was born and raised in Kirkcaldy, Fife but am living in Edinburgh now, for obvious enough reasons.
I hated football until I was 8, when I went to my first East Fife game. Ah, East Fife 0-3 Forfar Athletic. We got a doing but from that moment I loved East Fife and football in general.
I play for an East Fife fans team called the Bayview Allstars Soccer Team And Rowdy Drinkers or Bayview Allstars for short.

I'm Iain. I'm 18 years old and a Divinity Student at Glasgow University. Born in Inverness, also lived in Portree, Kyle of Lochalsh and Buckhaven but lived in Irvine most of my life. For those who don't know Scotland well Irvine is on the west coast, around 30 minutes on the train to Glasgow which i travel most days. All my family is originally from Greenock or Port Glasgow. Hence the choice to be a Morton fan.
Think i was around 7 years old when i attended my first Morton match, i was a Celtic fan at the time but it wasn't long till i was converted :D. Was the only Morton fan at my school, Mostly Killie and Rangers fans at my school, a couple of Celtic fans and a couple of Hearts fans weirdly enough.
Don't play for a club or anything but i play a full game every monday night, which we won last night :D. Most young guys in Scotland will make sure they have some sort of game like that, tis the obsession of the scottish people.

I'm Desmond. A 24 Year Old Computing Graduate (fancy way of saying Unemployed :)) from County Tyrone in Ireland/Northern Ireland (whatever tickles your fancy :D). I,ve been supporting Arsenal since I was 10 when I saw them beat Liverpool 2-0 to win the league in 1989. I also tend to like sides that hate United (execpt Liverpool). Liking Celtic came from my School mates, and was fueled in Univeristy where the majority were Old Firm fans. I don't play football (Fat Lazy B*****d me), but I have been to an Intertoto Cup game involving UCD 4 Years ago (a workmate of mine was playing).
