I hate that sorry mother freaker too. Maybe Pablo can give us a nice encore of some of the events from Jeonju.

Just for comparison's sake. Here is the squad (from the USsoccer.com game report, so it doesn't have a position breakdown) from last year in Houston.

1-Oswaldo Sanchez
18-Salvador Carmona (capt.),
5-Duilio Davino,
3-Omar Briseno;
6-Luis Perez (17-Israel Lopez, 66),
4-Hector Altamirano,
21-Jesus Arellano (19-Irving Rubirosa, 75),
14-Octavio Valdez (7-Carlos Morales,66),
15-Juan Pablo Rodriguez;
9-Adolfo Bautista (20-Fernando Arce, 82),
11-Omar Bravo (10-Alberto Medina, 59).

Subs not used: 12-Jose de Jesus Corona, 2-Ramon Morales, 16-Jose Castro, 22-Eduardo Rergis.

After seeing the USMNT roster Mexico coach Lavolpe decided to leave Cuauhtemoc at home. He wants to protect the player from some of the butchers er i mean hacks that are in the U.S. squad. Good call as the player is currently one of the top goal scorers of Copa Libertadores..

No! LMvCP is not playing! :(

That's ok.......As the closet Americanista above me has pointed out.......he can be saved for the Libertadores.

Apparently you don't remember what was done to Cobi during that world cup victory we had over you guys in 2002? Cuauhtemoc strikes no fear into me when I see him on a soccer field, it's easy to mark a fat man out of a game.

LMAO at a Mexican calling US players hacks! No country produces more diving, hacking, drama-bitches than Mexico. Funny how the dirty play and theatrics are so common in Mexican soccer, kind of representative of their socio-political culture in general.

No men play the game with more honor and integrity than the USNT, but hey, maybe I'm biased. :D

Of course when someone like VS claims otherwise, one needs to consider the source. Clown.

I have seen MLS games and there is more hacking in one game than in a whole MFL match day and thats without the extra times. Ironically your biggest hack happens to be of Mexican descent, woe is me. Good thing he will not be at hand for the Classico of Norte America or as i prefer to call it the Annual USMNT Awarness fund raiser.

Honest question:

Do US fans frequently visit and post on the Mexican boards when they are discussing El Tri? If so, do they continually act like complete ********ing douchebags when they do?

If they do, I apologize. If not, why the ******** do you **************s continue to come here?

Unless there is any injuries during league play this week that is pretty much the squad that will play the U.S.

Atouk.......

Luis Perez has been added to the list. He is the U-23 player that ran the offense for the Olympic qualifiers.

He will more than likely start now in place of Cuauhtemoc.

As much as I love the USMNT and MLS, nothing scared me more than sitting in the stands watching LA Galaxy vs DC United. Freddy was getting tossed and hacked alot. Ironic that the greatest danger to our hope for the future is MLS. He'd be much safer in Mexico rigth now. Anywhere inwhich skill is emphasized over athleticism and physicality!!

And the fact that Blanco is currently facing assault charges in Dallas for punching a 43-year-old restroom attendant at a night club the last time he was here.
