can Guam join Olympic Council of Asia ?

are they interested in Olympic Council of Asia membership ?

Guam played East Asian Games for more than 10 years

& at least their football, rugby teams competiting in Asian competitions rather than Oceanian competitions

if they are OCA member (& withdraw from Oceania National Olympic Committees) , they can play Asian Games

Spent a couple of years in Guam at Anderson...........


they usually fall into the category of Puerto Rico, they are allowed to participate in regional or country championships but not things like the Olympics and World Cup.

I actually played for Guam Rugby team vs Japan and versus HK on a couple of occasions........yes we got killed.
