It's not even the Old Firm derby of the West Midlands.

course it is - WBA v Wolves is intense rivalry, but u dont get the same as what u get at a Blues v Villa game anywhere else in the premier - but yeh its true other derby matches like the Bristol or the North East can be pretty ntense rivalry but i still rekon the battle of brum comes out tops

How many Albion-Wolves matches have you been to then? I've been to McDonalds birthday parties more intense than the St Andrews draw this season.

I actualy agree. It's more than a mere Footballing Derby in Birmingham. It's a way of life.

Uninformed, I know, but I woulda thought something like Millwall-West Ham or Portsmouth-Southampton to be among the top?

The Old Firm derby of England? The greatest Derby in England? Have you ever seen the passion of a Merseyside Derby or the recently played out North London Derby? How about Ipswich and Norwich? Crystal Palace and WBA? Portsmouth and Southampton? Wednesday and Shef Untd? I could go on forever, your way off here

Crystal Palace and WBA?

You've got the wrong Albion there, it's Crystal Palace and Brighton & Hove Albion who hate each other.
