i think he means he's gonna wait to buy a ticket for the qualifier, but he's going to wait until after the US gets through to the next round.

Efforts are currently underway to secure a number of sections at Gillette Stadium for U.S. Supporters, and hopefully details will be available soon.

Whenever there's a US game, feel free to stand with a group that goes all out.

when the sections are secured for US fans, what would be the best way to get those tickets. many times ticketmaster will not sell those sections and the revolution ticket office will only sell groups of 6 or more tickets?

For purposes of the U.S. vs. Honduras match at Gillette Stadium, tickets in the designated U.S. supporters section (including USA Supporters, Sam's Army, individual U.S. fans, etc.) are being sold through the Midnight Riders, the local (New England Revolution) supporters club in Gillette.

"unfotunately, wlready got tickets in another section. can people just walk into the section?"
You can try, but there's no guarantee you'll be allowed in - depends on where your tickets are. If they're not marked "Category III, North Endzone," I'd offer that you're not going to get in. While Section 143 (aka "The Fort") is General Admission, it's only GA for those people with tickets as indicated above. Gillette Stadium staff have been pretty strict about enforcing this for MLS matches in 2004, and that could be the case for the U.S. game as well.
In the future, the best available place to obtain information about tickets U.S. Supporters Sections is by checking the events information at http://www.sams-army.com, contacting U.S. Soccer directly, or coming to this particular board to see if anything's posted.
Of late, most ticketing efforts for U.S. Supporters sections (including Sam's Army, USA Supporters... any U.S. proactive U.S. fan support really) are set-up by the local MLS supporters associations (at least in MLS cities), and are on the ball about working out arrangements pretty early on wih their host clubs or U.S. Soccer. Sometimes distribution of final details are held up pending ticketing issues specific to the event, but once information is confirmed it's distributed rather quickly.

I'm flying into BOS midday on 6/2 and back out early on 6/3. I'm looking for any transportation/lodging alternatives. Any suggestions?

Does anyone know where the US will train in the days before the match? Also, is it possible to sneak a peak at their training?

Just FYI< but there will be a small, informal U.S. supporters gathering at Paddy Burke's Pub in downtown Boston at 8:00PM on Tuesday evening. Paddy Burke's is located a short distance from the Faneuil Hall area, and is about a five minute walk from either the North Station stop on the Green Line of the T, or the Haymarket Stop on the Green or Orange Lines of the T.
