Just a "report" (http://voices.washingtonpost.com/soccerinsider/2009/06/matchnight_usa-honduras.html?wprss=soccerinsider) now awaiting conformation [Confirmed] but Goff is hearing no Torres or Adu in the 18.

What do you think about this?

He is now reporting it's official

UPDATE: It's now official, and as we reported a couple hours ago, it's Howard; Spector, Bocanegra, Onyewu, Bornstein; Dempsey, Mastroeni, Clark, Donovan; Altidore, Casey. The subs are Guzan, DeMerit, Wynne, Kljestan, Feilhaber, Beasley and Davies.

I hope he is wrong.

But, if the new is true, I would not be surprised. Nothing Bob does surprises me any more. What an idiot.

That is really MESSED UP if Adu isn't playing, let alone starting!! He should at least be considered to play this game.

Bradley will lose a lot of my backing if he doesn't play Adu more. Freddy, as I noted in my thread a few minutes ago, was the only bright spot against Costa Rica!
Of course that turf sucked. But, you can't make excuses at this level!!

Ridickless. I've been on the fence with BB. If we lose tonight, I'll join the BigSoccer crowd in calling for his head.

We need effing goals/points. Torres and Adu are probably our best hopes in offensive creation behind Jozy.

If so and there are no injuries, Bob Bradley has just lost me. Based on this report, he will in effect be saying the reason for the loss is on Torres, Wynne... the youngins at Saprissa. All the "core players" (especially the unbelievebly inept Beasley) are ablsolved of fault.

Shocking, BB is an poor tactician who'd rather play:

a) Empty bucket at home with his to most skilled players unavailable AND
b) A completely new formation on the road in the toughest place to play in the whole region, with no time to practice.

Well, Wynne looked downright "HORRIBLE" that night. He has speed yes, but can't pass worth a damn!!

I'll will take his "HORRIBLE" over Beasley's, Dempsey's, Mastroeni's or Bocanegra's on the night!

Torres must have said something to Bradley. There must be a "rest of the story."

Not happy, not shocked.

U.S. Soccer can be summed up by the fact that as we were getting bitch slapped the other night, the announcers summed up our problems as "not working hard enough."

It seems whatever the problem may be, the solution for the American soccer expert is always to work harder. That Freddy doesn't look like an option is no surprise.

The US is not at home, the atmosphere in Tegucigalpa del Norte will be even more intimidating than Saprissa with 50,000 rabid Hondurans cheering their team on, oh thanks a lot USSF geniuses. :o
