This isn't something that the referee would report, but does it count as a foul committed/suffered when the referee signals advantage?
Does anyone know?
When I refereed I would factor those fouls when I was considering a PI caution.

As a referee, advantage doesn't mean that the foul didn't happen, it just means that you aren't going to call it right now in order to afford advantage to the team that was fouled. We should be considering all fouls, not just those whistled, when considering PI.
Someone in another thread mentioned a conversation they had with a RSL official about how cautions in MLS are reported on their website, and they stated that when the card comes out, someone in the press box chooses from a drop-down menu. THat is most likely how a caution that is obviously, at least to the referees watching, given for PI can be reported as USB. I'm going to venture a guess that the number of fouls reported are only the number of fouls whistled. Basically, the whistle blows, the referee points, and someone in the press box makes a tick on their score sheet.
