Welcome To Toronto: a great place for visiting supporters, and Toronto FC Fans, to go this summer are the charitable 2009 GTA Rotary BBQ Ribfest's! Lots of great food, great vendors, LIVE entertainment, carnival rides, ice cream and lots more. Tons of family fun all in a friendly atmosphere in the park. Over 100,000 visitors to last years Toronto Ribfest alone and it's all in support of many important Toronto Charities such as our hospitals,Trillium Health Centre, CNIB, the Easter Seals Society, the Salvation Army and many more charities.:)

Welcome To Toronto: For L.A. Galaxy fans visiting Toronto & TFC Nation fans this weekend the 2nd annual charitable Pickering Rotary BBQ Ribfest kicks off Friday June 5th and runs all weekend long at the beautiful Pickering Esplanade right beside the Pickering Town Centre. Over 30,000 in attendance last year and this year promises to be even more exciting. Winner of Pickering's Readers Choice Award for Best Outdoor Event. Admission is absolutely free and of course in attendance will be the worlds very best award winning ribbers, way cool vendors, LIVE entertainment, beer & wine tents, circus for the kids and lots lots more all for charity in a fun and friendly family outdoor atmosphere. The Toronto soccer community can always be counted on to help out many important community charities. Thank you for your support MLS fans have a great time everyone. :)

Toronto FC Nation of Durham Region a heads up that a $3.00 off ribs coupon for the fund raising Pickering Ribfest will be appearing for you in the Ajax/Pickering & Whitby newspapers on Thursday. Hopefully the coupon flyer will be in the Oshawa paper as well. I heard there was a coupon in yesterdays Toronto Sun too. A great weekend coming up why not make it a double bill TFC vs L.A. at BMO and the charitable Pickering Ribfest.

Many many thanks to everyone from Toronto FC Nation who came out in droves and supported the 2nd annual Pickering Rotary Ribfest this weekend. I saw a lot of TFC jerseys being worn over the weekend well done everyone. The Pickering Esplanade was really overflowing with supporters everyone had a great time thanks again to all for making the charitable 2009 Pickering Ribfest such a great success!! :)
If you were not able to make it out to the Pickering Ribfest and see all the cool vendors and try some of the worlds best tasting ribs please do not panic help is on the way!
After a very successful 1st year the 2nd annual charitable Bowmanville Rotary Ribfest kicks off this following weekend June 12th 13th & 14th @ the beautiful Garnet B. Rickard Recreation Complex complete with all of the GTA area Ribfest's excitements and attractions you love. Come anytime to see tons of great vendors and eat delicious food even during the day you can have sandwiches and lots of other lunch time goodies are always available as well. Bring the whole family invite all your friends gents don't forget to earn points and bring the gals they just love summer time picnics in the park.

Woweee TFC Nation it's time for the awesome 9th annual Toronto Ribfest in Etobicoke Park which starts Friday and runs for 5 exciting days including July 1st Canada Day! Over 100 thousand supporters will be joining in the excitement all in support of the Trillium Health Centre, CNIB, the Easter Seals Society, the Salvation Army, Women’s Habitat, the Dorothy Ley Hospice and LAMP to name just a few of the charities the Etobicoke Rotary club supports through Toronto Ribfest. there are no ribfests during July 31-August 5th are there? :(
EDIT...i see the Scarborough one..ill be there from the July 31-August 5th..my hotel is the Sheraton Toronto across from Eaton Centre. is it difficult to get to the ribfest in scarborough??

From downtown Toronto take Subway train to Kennedy Station and then take the Brimley Rd bus north to 1st stop north of Lawrence Ave.

WOW does Toronto FC Nation ever love Ribfest's fantastic support again at Mississauga Ribfest i saw a ton of people wearing their TFC jersey's and T's as always thanks for supporting so many important charities. Up next in 2 weeks is Scarborough Ribfest which hopefully will not get cancelled because of the strikers. St. Catharines Ribfest & London Ribfest in their 23rd year will be a go for sure in 2 weeks.:)
