Hi everybody, I just had surgery 2 weeks ago, I had to get my appendix out. I need some advice on how to get back into shape. I am not suppose to start running for another week or so, depending on pain, and I'm not allowed to play until this summer. I really need to be back in shape for next fall though, I know my team is doing alot of running during spring conditioning right now and I really would like to be in as good of shape as they are. So if you can help me in any such way that would be extremely greatful. Thank you in advance. :p
