so far both my GK's have lost around 30 grand each cause of form. my other players havent changed their form pretty much. i only have one GK coach. u think i should get another one? or train general?

From what I understand, your first coach (GK/Asst) is the most effective. Each one hired after that is less effective than the previous.
So, and this is pure conjecture
coach 1 gets full effectiveness 1.0
coach 2 = 0.9
coach 3 = 0.8
coach 4 = 0.7
coach 5 = 0.6
coach 6 = 0.5
coach 7 = 0.4
coach 8 = 0.3
coach 9 = 0.2
coach 10 = 0.1

Basically what I'm trying to say is, your training program won't likely notice much difference between 8 or 9 assistant coaches. I personally run 8 and 2. And keep in mind, the HT Gods may be frowning on you in regard to your GK form.

Form being so random, I guess you could try additional GK coaches, but really the only thing that will fix it is your keeper hitting a form curve upswing. The other thing you might try is increasing training intensity (if it's not at 100% already). I highly recommend against training general. It's not worth the loss of a week of training.
