Assuming that you are talking about the Ronaldo that plays for Real Madrid, I voted "no" because I dont think he is that great right now. If you would asked me this before his two injuries, I would have said he was going to surpass Pele in legendary status. Man, watching old clips of him brings a tear to my eye :(

He is playing so poorly, he is at present leading the race for the golden boot. Imagine what he could do if he was playing well! :rolleyes:

Ronaldo is still the biggest scoring threat in the world.
He has gained weight, but he actually uses it to his advantage when he charges

that fat and slow guy is still faster than most defender around the world. I do not see any other fowrads who can run as fast.... he actually bounced off defenders this season with his additional body weight.
His shooting skills are underrated too... he made them looked so easy.

yea his shooting skills are good ..but what surprised me was that 80% of his goals are scored with left foot from pretty far away. www.ronaldo.ru [best website about ronaldo, daily news all his goales for this year..awesome]
Also ronaldo is fast but im not sure if his the fastest forward....i think henry might be big competition for him in speed..but we will never know since they dont run Track and field and we wont know their times!

I don't see why everybody hates him so much. I know he's on and off, but he is one of the leading scorers in La Liga.

Ronaldo is up their with the best but in my opinion the best player from Brazil is Roberto Carlos.
