No really baron. You can't call a Rangers fan in a suit, "Would the defendant please stand up". If the question was, "What do you say to a Rangers fan in a suit, then that would make sense.

I believe he's referring to the hit single "She Bangs" by William Hung. If you don't know who William Hung is he's a hit sensation from American Idols and you should go download a video of him singing and dancing.
