2009-10 Away Kit Revealed

The new Villa 09/10 Away Kit was released on Saturday. Not sure if I like it yet or not. I really dig the minimalist design, but the only thing that I'm not sold on is the pinstriping on the right side vs. the reverse pinstriping on the left side. I like the plain navy shorts and white socks as well.

Not bad, just not anything spectacular, plain and simple. Almost a little too plain for me.

I tend to agree with you, I like everything about them except for how the pinstripes change.

However, it will be tough for me to make a decision until we actually see the team playing in them.

As of right now though, unless the home uniform changes a little bit more this year than it has in the past, I'll probablly be getting this one this season. I have the home kits from the past 2 seasons and they're just so similar, with us having the same sponsor this season it would be dumb to get the home kit again unless it changes signficantly.

I hated the away kits from last season, but the away kits from the year before were brilliant, i wanted to get one this past year when they used it as the 3rd kit but couldn't find it anywhere.

Bought it today at Niketown in Chicago. Nothing special, but it's simple and classy. The collar could be better, as well as the edges of the sleeves, but overall it's a nice shirt. I'll post pictures once I get back home.
