Basically it says that the attorney's for Luis Hernandez and attorney's for the childs mother have agreed to a deal in which Luis has to pay $80K in back child support and $4,500 a month from now until the kid is 18 years old, in previous reports the mother of the child was asking for $7k a month in child support.

Also, there is some controversy regarding Luis' current salary, which Luis' lawyers presented in court. They claim Luis makes $10k a month (an affidavit signed by the president of America). They feel he makes more then that, and want to call into to a LA court, the president of America, and the president of the FMF. (They couldn't even get Luis into court, how do they think they'll get these other guys?)

There is talk also about another child that they allege Luis had out of wedlock, and is denying paternity of that child, unlike this one which Luis and his wife have accepted is Luis'.

I heard that Luis Hernandez might be returning to the MLS !!! This might be a reason why he returned to clear his debt's. What is beign said is that he has a contract were he cant play for any other MFL team besides Club America, which isnt using him.

I found out last week that in Luis' contract, he can not play for another team in Mexico.

I figured that he was going to go play in Veracruz (home town) or Real San Luis.....but after some investigating... i found out that his agent... Saenz....made an agreement with America and MLS that if he was discontent with America...then he could go play abroad...I dont think he will go to Europe anytime soon... so it looks like the winner may be MLS.

We discussed this briefly in the Mexico forum...you are more than welcome to stop by and read the thread.

Why would MLS want a guy who was so woefully outmatched here again? He can't keep up with MLS. That's the bottom line. He worked hard, and I appreciated his effort, but he isn't good enough anymore. No thanks.

RDL & Various Styles ( The Neil and Bob ) of Bigsoccer.com Are Trolls !!

They wander around Hating MLS.. Spouting their tired anti-american soccer rheotoric all over the place.

I have defended the Galaxy and MLS in every other board i go to, knowing fairly well, that the Galaxy are better than any team in the MFL.

The biggest opposition to this fact are these 2... who dog MLS, USA nats, and practically anything that comes from the USA.

So here they are Trolling around with Luis Hernandez information

i am on the side of who cares. So RDL & Various should tell it walking'

Don't know what your sources are for this information, but would be interested to learn.

Lets play with this a bit. Assuming LH were coming back to MLS, what team do you thing might take him on?

Frankly, I think with Ruiz and the young guys on LAG roster, and the "history" with Sigi, LAG in not a likely candidate. So ... where would he be allocated?

My top guess: DCU - Lord knows they need SOMETHING to keep their fans interested. And I do not think the MLS will again make the mistake of thinking that plopping Luis down in an area that happens to have a large Mexican demographic (Dallas, Chicago) is automatically going to attract fans.

Chicago might actually be a fit and is a team that has needs (particularly with Wolff's injury and the apparent falling out between him and Bradley) but I think that Chicago still has horrendous salarey cap issues.

Quite frankly, I can't think of any other team that would be attracted by Luis with his attitude and diminished skills. NY? I just don't think so.

Don't forget Cadaver, one of the rumors I've heard is that the league will expand by 2 in '04. Between expansion draft and discover/allocation (or whatever they are calling these types of aquisitions these days) allotments, he could come into play there, especally for an expansion team.

I don't buy this, TJ. I often find I disagree with RDL and VS, but they are pretty knowledgeable soccer guys and IMHO they are well worth engaging in discussion. They ARE critical of MLS, but I do not think they "hate" MLS - maybe I am wrong, but I don't think so. Actually, to me they come across as the kind of guys that it would be fun to sit with at a game and shoot the breeze, argue with.

Also, I think you will find that people can only "wind you up" if you let them. So, if you just relax, and don't be too defensive, life will be a lot easier for you and very frustrating for the guys who are trying to set you off.

Well said, I dont' think rdl can be considered trolling since he actually something insightful to say and it was relative to the topic.

I thought that was EvilRick and Various Styles. :p

They wander around Hating MLS.. Spouting their tired anti-american soccer rheotoric all over the place.

Do a search and you will find that 95% of all my post are in the Mexico forum.

I have defended the Galaxy and MLS in every other board i go to, knowing fairly well, that the Galaxy are better than any team in the MFL.

If thats how you feel... fineeeee. But you dont need to get all bent out of shape.

I think its you that always tries to turn things into an MLS-MFL flame war.... What does the galaxy being better than any MFl club have to do with LH....?

The biggest opposition to this fact are these 2... who dog MLS, USA nats, and practically anything that comes from the USA.

That is where you are wrong. Me not being a vivid MLS fan does not mean I hate it. I am not use to it. I watch it here and there when nothing else is on. People on these board call me a latinosnob.... but its not even bout that. Its my personal taste. I prefer Latinamerican and European soccer...Even a lot of your own country men do... how else do you explain a sold out RealMAdrid/Roma game in the meadow lands.... Where are those fans? I promise you that there are more of your countrymen that hate the MLS.... I just dont care for it that much. Big difference.

So here they are Trolling around with Luis Hernandez information

I guess my presence here is considered trolling.

I was reading the mexican press www.esto.com.mx and they said how Morelia and Pachuca, Champions Cup finalists are guaranteed spots in the Clubs World Cup 05. They also mention that in 03 the 01 Clubs World Cup would be played. Maybe the Galaxy will get to participate afterall !??!

To go back on topic. I dont think LH might return to the MLS. There is allways that possibility but i doubt it. I think the MLS would do better getting either Almaguer or Rios. These are good players that had contract problems and are free agents.

You can take Almaguer off the list, he just joined Galatassaray, told ya he was a good player :)

As we know just because you get signed by a team doesn't mean you're a good player, you probably just have a good agent =)

From what little I've seen of Rios, he looks like he would be a solid addition to most MLS clubs. I always assume that FMF players in their prime are just out of the MLS price range right now. What do you think I guy like Rios figures to draw as a salary? Is he now available on a free transfer?
