Ugliest soccer uniform ever! (Part 2)

So everyone who buys a football shirt except Barca fans are a dork ?. How can you remove the sponsor without ruining the shirt and an iron ?. I stopped wearing club shirts because they're made of horrid nylon.

Blame Kettering Town FC for shirt sponsors. They came up with the idea.

u must admit that the advertising ruins the kit, especially here in usa. u try and be cool and wear a european football shirt. the problem is when the most obvious thing on the shirt is "VODAFONE" everyone thinks you are selling phone cards or something

True, but the money is quite nice, especially if it keeps your club from folding. It's a necessary evil. Maybe it's the case in the USA, where there isn't shirt advertising, but other places, like European teams tend to have audiences who focus on the shirt colour(s) and the badge. It's what you're used to.

One kit that made me nearly turn the station, and this was during the World Cup, was that grotesque lime green effort that Nigeria sported. Saw them in the first match against Argentina, and wow, about had to grab my shades, I mean, those unis look like they were radioactive or something, like they just got them from some nuclear plant. Definately the most unwatchable national team kit I've seen in awhile. Wasn't crazy about the USA's "stars and stripes" design for the '94 Cup, the current kit is standard, I don't mind it, but I wish we would have stuck w/ the all whites, those were classy.

I gotta agree, that Juventus housedress is abominable.

I don't think it's possible to be worse than the housedress unless the uniform is brown.

Those Barca beige things from last month weren't too handsome, either.

I like the red and black Metro kit. The one that I don't like is the white one with grey in random areas. If it was all white it would look good, but the grey makes it weird.

Any Sporting Lisbon jersey is ugly enough to take the cake. What's with that huge nautical flag on their chests?? What are they leading ships into a harbor or something?

A close runner-up would be AEK Athens. I haven't seen a brown and yellow jersey since playing in the AYSO when I was 11 or 12. They're ugly but I like 'em.

It's not because I'm a Santos fan, but I like them all white. It's like something heavenly.
Real Madrid is also all white and I like them too.

Kits that are all one color are horrible. If you wear white jersey shorts and socks it looks like your wearing your 'jammies!

yeah, that new Juve kit is sick! I like it alot actually. When I first saw it, I thought of Marcia Brady, but it's actually unique, and that's why I like it. I also like those new Barcalona jerseys that look like golf polos. Those are sweet too!
