Not ALL the mexican teams have ugly kits

Fiorentina lives!

I actually think that neutral, business suit type colors stink in soccer:

Real Madrid's third this year: greyish light blue with sky blue and gold accents AAAAAARRRGGHHFFFF

Barça's khakis shown earlier in the thread... Look! A giant bird do-doed on us...

Real Madrid a few years back had a lead gray bluish piece of **** for a third.

Lens used a gold with red recently that was very bad.

Other notables:

-Chelsea 2nd had those slanted red-white checkers in the early 90s
-Arsenal's V-attack in the early 90s
-Denmark in 1986 had the tiny red lines in half the shirt so it looked pinky... wish I had a photo of that beauty
-Barcelona had that teal with rectangles. Dizzying. Then those weird orange, red, and blue Kappa ones with the circle in the back!
-Remember U de G in Mexico? Red, gold, and black stripes reminiscent of 60s/70s funky wallpaper or something...
-At. Madrid's second in 2003, just because navy shirts with yellow shorts are a crime.
-The crime that was England's puke gray and Seaman's clownsuit in Euro 1996
-Venezia... before there was the LA Galaxy 1996... green, orange, and black
-Palermo always had the pink you see with Juve this year, and they are coming to Serie A
-Another Italy team (Cremonese?) wears red and GRAY stripes. Ouch.

And let's not forget the hidden images in shirts!!! Brazil 1994... better yet Man U's uniform with a hidden photo of their stadium!!!!!!

Aaaaaaaaaaaarrrghhhh !!!!!! My eyes are melting.

I actually quite liked the neon orange, better than that pastelly thing we've got going on now.

The most hideous Holland football kit ever was worn in 1988 - the year of the vomit shirt.

Anyway, I don't know if someone's remarked on it yet, but SOCCER UNIFORM?! I know this is an American MB but God, how awful.

And on that note, what on earth is 'second change'? Is that another Americanism? Does it mean away shirt?

I've never heard that used, at least not in American sports. Here we just refer to the "second change" as the away jersey..

Unearthed this thread for one reason:

BARCELONA IN CHARTREUSE!

Discuss.

Coventry's brown kit, surely the worst ever made? With Barcelona's flourescent lime in second place.

Don't know how many of you might have come across it, but here's a good gallery (http://www.footballshirthallofshame.com/) that has most of the butt-ugliest ones mentioned so far.

Yes, even a photo of that Colorado Caribous shirt!

I stumbeld upon it by googling for a picture of Arsenal's 91 away shirt (the "bruised banana") that I was wearing just this past Saturday (at home, with the blinds drawn).

Might get drunk mindless and wear it to the pub on the 17th, since that's an away day for us... :D

i think united's one when they lost the title in 95 was pretty bad.

theres a story that SAF said that was one of the reasons why they lost it.

Bump.

@@ What the fook are Chelsea doing? They're being called the "tarmacers" because they look like a roadworks crew with their neon change strip.

@@ Bobby McMahon think that Sevilla's change strip looks like "blocks of Neapolitan ice cream." And he's right!

All the new Nike national team jerseys. They are so plain I feel sorry for those that have to wear them.

Whilst Scotland's away kits are a whole thread in themselves, here are what I wold say are the two worst:

1993/4

1995/6
http://www.subside.co.uk/images/shirts/scotass95.gif

Noticed this post that slipped by.

The 1986 kit with the stripe on the shorts.

Necro-bump.

Uni Watch (uniwatchblog.com) just voted the Colorado Caribous jersey as

The Worst. Jersey. Ever.

Hands down.
