Strange Sayings/Phrases You Use...

So maybe it's cuz I'm hopped up on cold medicine, or perhaps cuz I'm watching lines of code fly across my screen, but my thoughts started to drift. We all use different sayings and phrases on a daily basis, sometimes as basic as "Does a bear shit in the woods?". They're not totally common expressions, but they're fun to use...

Some of my random ones...

"That's going to go over as well as a fart in church."

"I've gotta go see a man about a horse."

"I'm pickin' up what you're putting down."

"What hurts?" - Great for when people come to complain to you about something... just make sure you interrupt them when you say it.

"CHEESE AND RICE!"

the above 2 are both for sports related stuff. any trickeration is appropriate for taking someone to church, but taking someone to the baptismal pool is reserved for only the best. It stems from when Priest Holmes shredded the NFL and a buddy of mine and I just started going to town with Holmes' praise. It is now used mainly for soccer :D

I've found myself using the good old, "You're about as useful as a chocolate fireguard" rather alot lately. Not really stange, I suppose, other than I've taken to shortening it and end up yelling "Chocolate fireguard" whenever people mess up. Have got some confused looks once or twice.

I'm part of the Gainesville hashers and the requirement of hashing apart from beer is of course, silly nicknames. imagine the looks we got when trying to get the attention of "Camel toe" on Saturday whilst tubing down the river :D

5 guys and about 8 girls all screaming Camel Toe!
