Still haven't beaten Sweden in most of your lifetimes. Still willing to argue you've got the better side?

In other news, the US played away to Holland and Poland and is even on goal difference with a win and a loss.

In other words, blow me you know-nothing Eurotrash xenophobes.

And a special shout out to the Sinner -- you know this is a big red letter day for him.

You have to admit that it was funny to see the English Sky commentators moaning about "we definitely would have beaten them with our real team" (and although not word for word, that is what they said). Funny to see sinner "handle" defeat, mind you.

Even the Swedish fans knew that game was a joke. We left out our entire first team.To be honest the game was utterly pointless, you cant read anything into a meaningless friendly like we saw tonight. All that matters is the first team being ready for the summer. Future looks bright for Rooney and Defoe, and I guess thats all friendlies are designed for anyway.

You think this Serie Zed sh1t head is bad Sinner? You should try posting on xtratime, almost everyone is as bad as Wildman.... Everyone slagging us off at every opportunity they get, World Rivalries seems tame in comparison....

Wow, what a bad loser you are. If you were watching it on Sky, you would have heard Alan Smith (the commentator, not the player) say something to the effect of "this would not be the scoreline if the Beckhams and Owens were playing" and then have Martin Tyler back him up. While it is more likely than not that the result would have been different, you cannot make a statement like that, because there is no knowing whether it would be true or not.

As for Euro2004, I am bummmed over us missing it, but I'll be in America when most of the event is on, and their coverage will probably be limited (also a pity). That said, Ireland was not the team to fail tonight, was it?

Are you saying the England team of tonight were as good as if we had Beckham, Owen, Campbell, Ferdinand, G. Neville, Scholes etc?

Are you saying the England team of tonight were as good as if we had Beckham, Owen, Campbell, Ferdinand, G. Neville, Scholes etc?No, quite the opposite. What I said was a full-strength England would more than likely NOT have lost, but as a commentator it is unprofessional to just decide that England would not have lost.

http://smilies.jeeptalk.org/otn/realhappy/op485.gifTrue enough, the Sam's Army Brigade do my fooking head in, too. His statements over having a draw when you combine the Poland/Holland matches MUST have been sarcasm and "eurotrash xenophobes" is damn near sigworthy.

Come on mate, you have better things to say than this. Another argument about the English media is about as useful as a Turk without a kebab shop to run!

That's 11 straight times over 36 years England would have beaten Sweden if this...if that...if they were half as fvucking good as the Eurotrash make them out to be.
