I've read Tiffany's Blog a couple of times and I found it very entertaining. I think this is exactly the kind of media outlet the teams need to use to engage the current fans even more on the game.
FCGP is a team with a lot of talent, but in need of someone that kind takes us behind the scenes. Even though Brandi is known as the one that carries the video camera around, I found Weimer's "online diary" (as she describes on the youtube video) refreshing and interesting.
She seems down to earth and overall unpretentious. On her latest blog she talks about missing the penalty shot and two other occasions when that happened.
For the most part my penalty kicks are on point, but once every four or five years I have a mental lapse and ruin it for everyone.
I like that she owned up to her "error" and realized that it echoed on the team's effort.

In another entry (for mother's day) she wrote:
It means so much to me when she’s at my games. I have to find her in the crowd before the whistle blows and she is the only person I want to see after. She knows if I had a good game or bad game and will tell me either way. She understands the game and won’t say good job unless I deserve it.

I'm not saying she will/should become "the face" of this team, I'm just pointing out that this kind of outlets let the fans relate on a different level with the players and that kind of connection is what increases a fan base.
