I will be updating the registry tonight.

The following teams have gone inactive (or been replaced) and should be removed from the register:

6 / 8675 / Rochester Rhinos SC / GalaxyJay
? / 70654 / Tanglewood Terror / ageofquarrel
6 / 223889 / Polaris of Columbus SC / Crew14

(6 is my internal ratingid for BigSoccer, and I don't know offhand if Tanglewood Terror was in BigSoccer or FOFC.)

Tanglewood sounds vaguely familiar, they may have been part of BS but I can't say for sure, the team name does sound familiar

I think they are not part of BS. I don't remember typing their name into the register. I'll remove 'em if they are though.

I discovered Hattrick through FOFC. I believe current HTer Celeval posted there asking if any of us had played HT before. About 20 of us signed up initially, and then 10 or so of them dropped out. A quiet period of a few months ensued, and then HT erupted on the scene.

I am the keeper of Jerome Bettis and Puke Green Socks.

I just heard about this place during this election.

AE! Welcome my good man. I'll vouch for AE (like he needs it - just want to make it appear as if I'm doing him a favor). But I can't vouch for his taste in uniform colors. Thankfully his job doesn't require color discrimination.

Yeah, I found FOFC here shortly after I began posting prior to one of the previous World Cups. Typically we're all soccer fanatics here. Not that some of us southern bred folks aren't equally partial to both footballs. Glad you eventually discovered us. Hope you like it round here.

I am enjoying it my friend. But I am jealous you've kept this place away from me. :)

It really was just a couple of us BMWing (that's Beechin, Moaning & Whining) about our poor lot in HT, in one measely thread, hoping to get some sloppy seconds and learn something from the likes of the California Sea Lions for the longest time.

About a season ago, we got our 'own' forum and our 'membership' has grown exponentially.

Kind of like the HT forum over in FOFC. :) Rock on.

Unfortunately, Elwood doesn't seem to have posted here (at all) in a while.

Just never again ask me to wear the puke green socks and we'll be fine, I got my butt handed to me wearing them last year, they were ritualistically burned after the match.

Correct, Elwood and Lone Star got me involved by posting here way back in season 16, so I took the BigSoccer first then Hattrick route.

Funny to see the opposite happening now. I wish Indy would post here again, he gave the greatest advice when I was a newbie.

I still have his team bookmarked and follow his results every week, I feel like a stalker. He should go back to the Feyenoord kid logo though :)

It's funny you bring that up. Tomorrow/today (it is early Sunday right now) I'll be announcing the 2nd annual Puke Green Socks Rally.
