Good coach and good player. Two signings that would be awesome for Liverpool.

Are we even looking into getting them to the club?

Beats me, but Roma is having cash problems so the time is ripe.

The time may be right for Chelsea, but sadly we aren't in the running to sign a player of that quality.

Neither is likely to come to Liverpool when London and Chelsea are on offer. FWIW though, I think Totti is one of the most overrated players on the planet, so I'd pass on that one in any case.

Great signature, Matt. I, too, have encountered Mr. Nurspec. :D

Yeah, we're only Liverpool.
Yeah we are Liverpool and neither would fit with us. Totti is a hot house flower that will only bloom in Roma. He's a creature of the City and whatever magic he has will only appear in the Eternal City. I hope Chelsea signs both as they will not help their cause at all. Liverpool demands players of a certain mental strength and fortitude to face the wind and rain on a Boxing Day pitch or a FA Cup tie in February.

Fabio Capello might leave for money, but Francesco Totti wouldn't. I don't think you're realizing that he's a God in Roma.
