No. Leadership can't go up and after a season or so as coach it will start to go down.

Ok, so Playing it Cool boosts your TS by two levels, right?

How does it affect your team's performance?

ye but there are sub-levels.

the team wont play as well in the game and it decreases the chance of injury

keep in mind if you, as I do, have a coach with bad leadership than the boost of PIC doesnt last for very long...sometimes it will level back during the week....my solid coach is now down to wretched leadership which hurts...

Why I ask is that in week one I will play the #8 team who just received a new owner. Then in week two I play last season's #2 team who is my biggest rival.

Thinking of PIC first match and MOTS in the next.

My coach has poor leadership and my TS has been furious since I played MotS in round 14, almost two weeks ago...

hey guys,
if I train set pieces next week (stamina is in decent shape and i don't want the form hit to start the season) everyone gets trained, not just my starters, correct?
Thanks!

Yes all players train, but your whole squad won't pop, about 3/4ths will.

Ok, so Playing it Cool boosts your TS by two levels, right?I think that's a rough estimate, although AFAIK it's actually percentage-based.

How does it affect your team's performance? It reduces your midfield, I think the estimate in old ratings was that it would cost you about a level of midfield (so two subgrades of the new ratings), but again, AFAIK, it's percentage-based so you would lose more if your midfield rating were started out higher.

You'll get pretty much one shot to spend your team spirit on an MOTS once the cup is done.

Yes all players train, but your whole squad won't pop, about 3/4ths will.Set pieces training takes about three weeks, so you should only see about 1/3 of the squad pop, on average, although the initial distribution of set pieces skill (something you can't see until you train SP) will influence that.

I just signed up for hattrick yesterday. It says that there is nobody on the waiting list for my league. Why haven't i been given a team yet?

Give it some time. The server is currently going through the massive process of updating ages and leagues. There are plenty of teams available, you'll get yours soon.

It will usually take 2-5 days to get your team, especially if there are few teams waiting. Like was said above, the server is doing the massive preseason update of changing ages, finalizing series, and generating schedules for the season, so give it time. If you have the free time, read the rules for hattrick again, that's always a good thing to do so that you know more of what you are doing once you get your team.

It says that there is 0 users on the waiting list. Do i have to click on something to be put on the list, or is it not counting me?

Your application hasn't been approved yet. If you only signed up yesterday, then give it till tomorrow at the earliest. And remember, the servers are extremely busy at the moment with the player's aging and having to generate league fixtures. I'm sure you'll be given a team when things slow down.

You may even get your team in time to play your first cup match and get a full season, which is always a good thing.

How do the leagues in the USA work? Could someone show me the order from highest to lowest and what league i will probably be in?
Thanks in advance.

You'll probaly end up in division V or VI, division 5 or 6, those are the two lowest divisions in the US. There is 1 top division, the ML, you have 4 division 2 leagues, and 16 division 3 leagues. The number then goes up 64 division 4 leagues, 256 division 5 teams, and 1024 division 6 leagues.

In each league, the top team in each series earns a chance to promote up to the next division. The top half of the teams in each series (ie the top two winners of the 4 division 2 series) automatically promote to the next league. The bottom half, have to play a qualifier to try to get up to the next division.

It works the other way as well, each series has 8 teams, the bottom 2 automatically go down to the next lowest division, while the 5th and 6th place teams have to fight to stay up in their current series. There is no relegation from division 6 though, if you finish in the bottom half there, you just finish in the bottom half of your series. I hope that answers the questions that you wanted to know.

Would I even be able to make a cup? I read in the rules somewhere that the weakest teams don't make it to the cup.
