i'd say definitely buying a solid coach and decent trainees.

Since you already have a passable coach, I'd get your trainees in line. You probably aren't in a financial position to afford the luxury of moving to solid. Get those trainees in line, then get ready to expand the stadium at the end of the season.
And forget butt balm, you're going to need a chastity diaper.

That's the way I'm leaning. But I can only afford one of the two. I currently have a passable coach (who I just hired dammit) and decent-ish trainies.
Which ever way I go I'll probably want to sell somebody at the end of theseason in order to expand before the stadium price hike ... but I'm worried that the market will be flooded by people doing the same thing and that nobody will be buying 'cause they're all building.

I love it when people advise me to do what I want to do anyway. I'm going to risk a little debt buying now and selling later 'cause I bet the market will pop when the new 17 year olds start getting pulled.

Oh man, now everyone in my office is looking at me funny. "No sir, sorry sir, I will not explain what is so funny"

forget the solid coach for now. since you just bought the passable. Get the trainees and maybe a small upgrade to your stadium.

I'd agree with keeping the passable coach for now, and instead get trainees. With the new stadium stuff coming after this season, your second goal should be to enlarge the stadium.

For what its worth, his leadership is crap. Using TS effectively requires better leadership. However, to keep your training program up means a high level trainer as well. Hoepfully you have an experienced player on your roster with high leadership you can turn into a coach, if not, find one on the TL to get ready for that in a season and maybe upgrade the trainer to solid/poor. Or maybe even just keep the one you have.

is there a link that breaks down the cost to find a solid coach with solid/passable leadership? would that be a better way to approach this, buy a coach? or should I invest in a older player and covert him? If i chose that route, what are the prerequisite attributes? leadership, experience? ect et...? Thanks.

Go to change coach on your training page and it will give you an idea of how much it will cost to turn him into a coach.

what can I expect in the way of attributes? will they be a mirror reflection of their current experience/leadership? Thanks.
Heck, what attributes should i be looking for in order to get a halfway decent coach? Leadership? Experience?

Experience determines how high his coaching level can be. In other words, a solid experience player can only be solid trainer or lower. His leadership converts directly.
According to hatrix files, it will cost between 681K and 794K to convert the solid experience player to a solid trainer coach. It will cost between 235K and 281K to convert the passable guy.

Yes. for the higher leadership levels it is more cost-effective to recruit internally.

I think the size of your supporters club cires out for expansion of your stadium. At least 24K. As for coach or arena, I can't really say for sure. I would lean toward the arena I think. the coach you have now will do good for training.

i do not know how much i get per game at the gates but hope by upgrading my stadia to 24K (which I have Done), this action will give me a better foundation in the future so i can go after that dynamo coach.

What do you mean Dynamo coach? You can't be negotiating with my coach. Dammit, I'm going to have to talk to Peter and tell him he can't be doing things like this. :D

Can you train a players leadership attribute (ei..give him the captains armband)? or is this set in stone once generated?
