Haven't you noticed how even if you play the game at a high resoultion, that the cutscenes are still shown in a low resoution? :(
If you want to raise the cutscene resolution, simply open up a new file with Notepad and type the following:
RESOLUTION = 1600x1200x32
[OPTIONS]
RESOLUTION = 1600x1200x32
(substitute with whatever resolution you are playing the game in, if necessary)
Then name the file locale.ini and save it in the same folder where the fifa2004.exe is located (usually in C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\FIFA 2004).
The cutscenes will now display in the resoultion you've specified, generally making the cutscenes look sharper. :)
